The BEST! I had an extraordinary experience with Fore Fitness. Ken and Josh showed me where my physical limitations were and how to improve therein. Every session was planned ahead for me, not cookbook. Some of the sessions were tough, but I departed knowing it was just what I needed for my flexibility or strength. Mark is a terrific swing coach; logical, explains well, very friendly, demonstrates well, shoots good video, and can hit the ball a mile… with grace. I will continue with them for a long time. After years of sitting on the couch while the rest of my family went golfing, I decided it was time to join in on the fun, but all those years sitting on the couch and at desk all day at work left me pretty stiff. At first, I was a little skeptical about the physical training portion of the program. I mean how fit do you really need to be to golf right? However, after just a couple sessions it is clear how crucial of a component the physical training is to improving my golf game. Josh has helped me get my body moving again and helped me discover muscles groups I never knew I had. I am still a work in progress but I already see my balance, flexibility, power, and strength improving and it is carrying over to my golf game. In addition, Mark has given me great advice on my swing. He is a positive and fun golf instructor and helps you feel comfortable and at ease. Between Josh’s mobility training and Mark’s swing instruction it is only a matter of time before you see me on the LPGA tour, or at least in the fairway more often. If you are looking for golf instruction, I would highly recommend this unique comprehensive program!

I started with Josh in 2014 and am still with them. Why? I saw improvement in my health and in my game. My passion is golf and I do not like to go to the gym. So this was the best decision I have made for me and my enjoyment of my golf game. My individual program has made this 66 year old body much more responsive to the demands made by a good golf swing. The team that is Fore Fitness is tops in their field and with a coach on staff, they represent the complete package for those of us who want to improve our game and general fitness. If you are looking to improve your game and thus enjoyment of golf, you cannot go wrong investing in Fore Fitness. I will continue with this program because of the benefits to me and to my job as a husband. Seems like an odd statement, but my wife is post-polio and is in a wheel chair. When we go places I am in shape and able to push her chair where we want to go. A big thank you to the Fore Fitness staff.

These guys are serious about performance, and have the knowledge and skills to help you maximize yours. I’ve played collegiate and professional sports and have never trained with such a focus on form and proper mechanics that produce good habits when you return to competition. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Fore Fitness. I was looking for a way to improve my fitness for golf and did an extensive search of trainers in Southern California. I selected Fore Fitness because individualized training programs based on where client are when they start. I’ve had back surgery and wanted a program that would not only improve my golf but prevent future injury. They start with an extensive testing of your golf fitness using a K-vest and other techniques. After identifying my weaknesses, Ken and Josh designed an individualized program over the next couple of months. They combined this with exercises I could do at home and warm-up stretches when I was playing a round. The results were immediate. Once I reduced the physical limitations that were causing compensations by my body, my swing improved without much effort on my part. It was amazing! I improved both distance and accuracy as my overall fitness and flexibility increased. I quickly learned that I had been wasting money on golf lessons because I physically could not get into the swing positions by instructors had been advocating. I knew what to do, my body just did not have the flexibility or strength to do it. I can see why so many people get frustrated with golf! You have to work on your body as well as the mechanics. Not only are they experts in kinesiology, exercise science, and golf mechanics, they are friendly and make sessions fun. I looked forward to working out with them each week and am ready to sign up for a new series. No wonder all the pro golfers have trainers!
