I took an old Brother printer /fax /scanner to them. By the next day they had an estimate to me, had the parts in stock to fix it. And then the following day I picked it up. It looks brand new again and works like a champ !!!

I wish that there was a way that I could give this review with zero stars. I’m not a computer savvy person, but I am an aspiring actress that is in a business that requires submitting audition tapes to agents. I have a film that is on a DVD and I had a problem saving it on my computer. When i called this company to see if they could help me (it was approx. 3:45 p. m on 3÷5÷15), the man who answered the phone told me to «Buy another DVD». Because I was shocked, I said «Excuse you?’. He repeated it again. I told him that «He sounded like an idiot» and I hung up the phone. To say that this is lousy customer service and that they have lost a potential customer is an understatement.

HP recommended this Service Center to me when my laptop got infected with viruses and I was out of warranty.
They had excellent service and reasonable prices. They removed the viruses the same day and they were able to save my data as well! Thank goodness, because otherwise I would have had to reinstall and back information on the hard drive — who knows how long that would have taken.
They demonstrate professionalism and gave me helpful information to protect my computer from future virus attacks. Compared to other computer chains, they charged me reasonable labor costs.
I would recommend them to my family & friends.
