A friend and I were purchasing clothes and were checking out at 9:01, 1-​minute after the store closes and the manager was extremely rude, they closed the gate and the manager was complaining about us to her staff.
Also, they were all rolling their eyes as I paid in cash because they had already closed the drawer. I never write Unilocal reviews but this team was extremely rude.

If I could give zero stars I would! My boyfriend and I went in to do an even exchange on a t-​shirt and hoodie sweat shirt and the assistant manager, Mario was very rude and disrespectful to both my boyfriend and I. We are both employees of the company just at a different location and we NEVER treat customers the way he treated us. I will not be shopping there anymore and I will be contacting the manager of the store to inform her on what had happened and how rude her employees are. Customer service was completely terrible and he didn’t even try to help.

My friends and I went here New Year’s Eve and the staff was great, the girl supervisor really seemed to care about her employees, calling them her «babies.» Very cute.
But when I went back on New Years trying to buy another shirt, the «manager» started giving us a fit saying that we can’t get it for the advertised price that was still outside the store. And said «don’t try price matching online either.» By talking to us in a rude way also ticked off other customers around us. Just a very bad experience. His name was Greg. Whoever is the main main manager, I advise you to please see what the other supervisor is doing and compare her efforts to his. Because there is a big difference between the two. Also him saying «bro bro bro» over and over does not calm anyone down.

I have always bought my jeans at pacsun for 5 years and I buy them in bunches! but cause of the summer they were running low on denim jeans. I decided to buy one in the store tried it in store and thought it would work. I then went home and tried it on again and notice a foul smell coming from the jeans (assuming that it was the dye) as well as the black dye rubbing off. UNSATISFIED with the jeans I had purchased I went back to the store for exchange/​refund. The stupid girl who worked there REFUSED to return my jeans with the receipt and everything. Wtf is this? «Satisfaction guarantee» my ass! NEVER will I go back into this stupid store again.

After my last visit, i was a bit hesitant to return, but i did and ended up purchasing a flannel and a crew neck but i didn’t really feel like keeping them so i went in line to return them and in the middle of my transaction, that lady came back, once again and told me that i could not return anymore or else i would not be able to shop at that store and that I’m on their black list or something.

Great selections with a lot in stock. I came in once with a buy one get one free deal on jeans. Great deal. I always find things for my size here.

The employees are just plan rude! I stopped going because i didnt want to deal with the attitudes of people who obviously always seem to wake up on the wrong side of the bed!

Such a great store, the jeans are great many selections from straight, skinny and skinniest. The workers are very helpful and friendly.

My brother came here to return an online purchase and the guy at the counter gave him an attitude. The stupid employee told him «Do you know you its better to shop IN THE STORE? That way you know exactly what you want.» Just STFU and return it. That’s all I ask for.

Always check the seams!
I bought jeans from here a month ago and didn’t realize the seam on the left leg pant was really off until after I washed the jeans and wore them out for the first time. Sometimes, you just can’t tell when you try them on in the store (pre-​wash).
I was worried that PacSun won’t accept an exchange if the jeans have been washed. My hub called ahead and spoke to a guy who told us to bring the jeans in. That guy honored our quick exchange without giving us any problems or asking too many questions.
I hate dealing with exchanges and returns because I don’t like going through the hassle of it all. Normally, I just throw the clothing item in my closet and it will be forgotten for a year and then it’ll eventually end up at a Salvation Army location.
The workers at the West Covina Mall PacSun are more strict on returns and exchanges. I’d rather come here instead.

Wasn’t greeted when I came in or while I was in the store. The selection is expansive but nothing interested me. There are always promotions going on but I never seem to need to buy whatever it is PacSun is marketing. I did notice that there were headphones on sale here. Either I have never noticed this in other locations, it’s a new concept rolling out in stores, or it’s exclusive to this store, that was noteworthy but doesn’t exactly fit into the dynamics of the store. Whatever, it isn’t my decision anyway.
