The best and COOLEST dentist I have ever been too. I always meet him at his Arcadia clinic even though he has multiple ones. Inside everything is extremely clean and well arranged. The staff have been there for years and are experienced in handling every situation you could think of. They are also very fun/​funny to be around, and make your trip to the dentist a walk in the park.
The quality of Victor’s work (surgical/​cosmetically) is by far the best I’ve seen. He is a dentist that actually seems to be enjoying what he does. He is honest and my whole family goes to him when we have any dental issues. We don’t even think twice about another dentist.

He’s as good as it gets!!! My sisters, mother, myself, and gf go to him and they are all friendly staff, knowledgeable, and Bottom line great! When I saw the 1 start I couldn’t believe it. They are on top of it and I recommend him all day long.

Victor is our family dentist and we all love him! Granted, nobody looks forward to a visit to the dentist but he makes the experience as pleasant as possible with his great attitude. The staff is pleasant. He definitely does not deserve one star and although it may take several appts to get all your cavities filled in/​procedures taken care of, it is worth it. He wouldn’t be so busy if he was a 1 star doctor. If you want a pain free experience, visit Dr. De Los Santos! I’ve had a lot of different procedures done here, including zoom, cavities, cleanings, etc. and cannot complain about a thing.

Besides a great bedside manner and a great smile, this dentist should be avoided at all costs. He was too anxious to start setting up multiple appointments for things that should last only one appointment, and giving 1,000 and 1 different answers for the same thing, that I finally just gave up and stopped going to him. Their staff is really polite and nice, but incredibly aloof and kept billing incorrectly. The downtown office is the worst and during my first cleaning the hygienist answered her cell phone! Thankfully I dumped this guy and found the right dentist and I will never go back!
