The staff is always friendly and smiling, educated about what they are doing and what you are asking for, and the price difference in some of the things we are needing while remodelling a house is absurdly lower. Shop here, save $. I rarely go into Hensel’s near the plaza any more. Back when we did shop at Ace, we very often had to make second trips to return items that were sold to us by untrained staff.
