Soul to Soul Spa & Foot Bar

My husband was brilliant this holiday and bought me a gift massage! My masseuse was Brooke and she was fantastic. I had a difficult day traveling yesterday and I feel so much better just 12 hours later. She worked out the kinks firmly yet gently. The room was lovely too. One of the nicest I’ve been in. I love this place, and plan to be a regular.
I came back for a facial with Olivia which was divine! The products are truly wonderful. My skin feels great.

Love the ladies who work here, Angelica is now my go-​to for nails and all the ladies that work up front are phenomenal souls… :) I brought my grandma here for a spa day and she adored her massage from Reidun! I really enjoy the vibe here, and appreciate the fact that they are very client-​oriented and accommodating.
Great experiences all around here. Cheers to spa days ;) Can’t wait to try their cranial sacral therapy as recommended by Shauna.

I just had a Brazilian with Kaci and it was the BEST one I’ve ever had. She takes small sections, which really reduced the amount of pain I’m used to feeling at other places. The whole procedure was over very quickly as well. I had a great experience! I will be going back to her.

I went to Soul to Soul for waxing. Kaci immediately put me at ease with her calm and friendly demeanor. I have a lot of hair and she definitely knew how to handle it. She was so quick and professional! It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend her to my mother

I’ve gone here about 5 or 6 times now and I’m never let down. They have a well rounded staff offering a variety of massage modalities. The therapists are knowledgable, answer all your questions, and give you the option of focusing on specific target areas. Also, for me, every time I call to make a same day appointment they some how fit me it!

OH another mini facial. This time with Olivia. She was so fantastic I felt like I was there for hours and it was only 30 minutes. It was the best. They are so nice. I love this place. Oh, they dont do the solar shower anymore, but that is ok.
Also, about 2 months ago, I had a pedicure here too, it was lovely!
When you visit the lovely Redwood Coast, stop by for a refresh here… it is grand!!!

I arranged a pre-​wedding spa party for my wedding party and woman in my family. What an amazing experience! We were treated like queens and enjoyed our healers and therapists. Would recommend to anyone seeking professional care in Humboldt.
Ps. It was just a little hot inside the spa the the day we were there, I am pretty sure they do not have AC, as most don’t in the area, but that did not change my rating. Fantastic all around! Andrea was my therapist! Yay!

Kaci is by far the best eyelash extension expertise I’ve EVER encountered! I myself am a makeup artist but doing eyelash extensions on yourself is pretty much impossible! I have been to quite a few different gals and have always been disappointed until I found Kaci! They look perfect every time, feel great and cause no trouble to my natural lashes, and she’s quick and efficient!

I just went here for my first facial ever and had Casey (think that’s how you spell it) & she was very nice! She asked about my skin and answered my questions. She also had good music!!! Everything she used on my face smelled amaaaazing I wish I owned it all. She massaged my scalp, neck shoulders upper back and chest which was nice! I have acne scars so it’s hard to be satisfied with the look of my face but I went home and my boyfriend said my face looked and felt really clean! It does. Thanks Casey!

Wonderful experience. My family and I were vacationing in Arcata and I went with 2 family members for a «Girls day» to the spa. They were able to accommodate 3 appointments for massages and pedicures with only a day’s notice which was wonderful and pleasantly surprising! When we got there all of the staff was incredible kind and made sure to inform us every step of the way… even if it meant letting us know we may have to wait 5 – 10 minutes… sometimes it’s just nice to be updated. All of our massages and pedicures were amazing and we loved that we got to keep our polish-​it was a nice added touch to the experience. We plan on vacationing in Arcata again and will definitely be visiting this spa again as well! We will recommend them to everyone!

Got my eyebrows done yesterday by Kaci, who was absolutely incredible. My eyebrows were fully grown out, which is a beyond-​Frida affair, and I was ready to rejoin society and not look like a mountain woman.
I got a same-​day appointment and showed up not really sure what to expect because I’ve only gotten my eyebrows done at Ulta locally. The room was really pleasant, smelled great, and had a nice, comforting dark colored ambiance. Kaci played awesome music, talked and laughed with me, and gave me the best eyebrow wax I’ve ever had. I had done the full and thick look for so long that I was ready to switch it up with something a little thinner and more on-​trend so I told her she could have creative control and I couldn’t love the result more.
After I walked out, I stopped into another store and the girl behind the counter said «wow, I love your eyebrows!»
Definitely coming back! For the same price range as Ulta, can’t beat this experience.

Denise was amazing! I love the pedicures and foot spa treatments and what you get is well worth the price! I would recommend Soul to Soul to anyone who likes a little pampering! It is by far my favorite place for pedicures and the entire staff is warm, friendly, and inviting!

Had my first experience here today and I am very impressed. Nice facilities, and my massage was so relaxing. Katie was fantastic at working out my sore muscles. I left in a euphoric high that has lasted all day. I can’t wait to schedule another appointment!

I’ve been to soul to soul twice now. I’ve had two different services with two different ladies. A mini facial and eyebrow shaping and tint.
The spa itself was calm, clean and welcoming.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The two ladies who performed my services we professional and extremely knowledgable and talented.
I travel 45 minutes to get there and have scheduled another appointment.
Great place, I highly recommend. I now have the best skin and super eyebrows not to mention the facial had me relaxed and glowing for days.

I came here on my birthday for a couples massage with my girlfriend. I had ever had a massage so I wasn’t really sure about it, but it was amazing. Rose listened to what I needed and was great. The front desk staff and everyone here is very kind whenever I come in to buy gift certificates and etc. definitely a wonderful place to have in Arcata

My wife and were given very courteous treatment at this lovely spa. I am so happy to have such a wonderful business owner looking after our well being. I would definitely recommend Soul to Soul to anyone looking to kick back and unwind.

Regarding any type of massage: Heaven. I usually get massages during my rundown moments, when I feel I’m in danger of getting sick, extremely stressed out, or after a long week/​month. I’ve been to Soul to soul four times for massages, I got someone different each time, and every time I walked out feeling renewed. The last time I had Mat, and although it was my first time getting a massage from a male, I felt completely comfortable. Probably the best massage I had gotten yet.
However, I am not overly impressed by their facials or the manicures. Only got each once because of their sub par results. For the facial I felt like all they did was put goo on my face and then wipe it off, put a hot towel on and say «done!» The manicure was nice at the time but i found that the nail polish chipped almost all the way off after a day. And I’m not one to pick at them at all. Maybe if they had used a different polish?
Anyways, I will return to Soul to Soul. but strictly for massages.

For a deeply therapeutic massage, I recommend Rose. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and offers a deep presence that is truly healing. Soul-​to-​soul really knows how to find quality massage therapists!

Finally, a review!!!
I have had several treatments here now. The best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had (Brooke has me so relaxed after I was almost drooling!!). Pedicures that made my feet feel so good I was walking on air. Reflexology with Raidun, very healing.
Jessica’s eyelash and eyebrow tinting… she was able to give me the shades I wanted. And today my first manicure… with Ivy. She is very professional and charming. I had the spa manicure… my mails have never looked better! A few months ago my 11 yr old son reluctantly had a kid pedi (those are for girls!) by Ivy, within minutes he was enjoying it so much he asking when he could have another! She was fabulous with him.
Everyone who works here is very friendly and knowledgeable.
The atmosphere is relaxing and clean. Out of the spas I’ve been to locally… Soul to Soul is by far the best in Humboldt.

Rarely do I walk into a nail spa that I don’t know. However, traveling through Arcata, and badly in need of a pedicure, and I found this lovely clean place! Nice, friendly staff. Lots of organic products, and beautiful spa atmosphere. Highly recommend this spa. Ask for Terry. She does a great job.
