Favorite barber shop ever, been coming here for almost 20 years and it’s the same staff! That says something. Super nice people and a quality cut/​shave that you won’t find at the imposter barber shops that are all around us.

I was crushed when the Jim & Gary shop in Rolling Meadows closed its doors, and didn’t think I’d find another friendly place for a a high-​quality, affordable trim. Seems I was wrong.
Just back from my second visit to Lo Cascio, and am sporting one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever gotten. Vince is a perfectionist, and extremely pleasant to chat with. Likewise, Jasper, whom I saw on my first visit, did a fine job.
Perhaps I’ve been lucky, but I’ve haven’t had to wait to a cut. And, at $ 16, you can’t argue with the price.
This place has been around for something like 30 years, and there seems to be good reason for that. Nothing over the top, just really good service at a decent price. I’m already calling myself a regular.

Very good barber shop in the NW suburbs (they also cut and style women’s hair, probably dye it to and do all that special stuff, but I can’t speak to that). They have seven chairs so there is no waiting unless you want a specific barber (stylist). And they are open on Mondays too. The owner is super friendly, I haven’t seen him in over a year (he was out with an illness) and when he saw me he remembered me and the type of cut I like. I never had a bad one there.
