I just bought a new home and prestige MS is HOA company. I’ve owned other condos and townhouse and this is the first time ever I received a welcome packet from Prestige. They even called me to welcome to the neighborhood and to invite me to orientation with the property manager. I felt truly welcome it was a great way to move into a new community and I appreciate the time and effort they took with me and my family.

Very VERY unprofessional. These people should not be running a company, let alone be put in charge of managing homes. They are not at their office during office hours and will not return emails or calls. Waste of time trying to get ahold of these people.
