This has got to be the worst Starbucks in IL. Every time I come here it’s in the morning and most times there is a rude guy that always sounds like he hates his job when he takes your order through the intercom even if your polite. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I arrived and ordered my usual drink and when I arrived at the window they had the wrong drink and that same guy argued that that is what I ordered as if I didn’t know exactly what I ordered. The kind gentleman at the window said my drink should be up in a quick minute so I offered to park my car and go in and get it. When I walked in they had the drink ready but again it was wrong at this point I threw the drink away and walked out. Never coming here again. Not trying to sound like a spoiled little brat but I’m sure no one like to be spoken to in a condescending manner and then greeted with an attitude when their the ones that originally screwed up the order.

Nothing out of the ordinary here. They have a drive-​thru and they got through the volume of orders super-​quick. The staff was nice, friendly, and attentive.
