1010 Social

Tried to book an event I was trying to plan at this location… kept calling with no answer for several days… Finally reached someone and it seemed the line was connected to his cell phone! Set up a meeting, and the guy never showed up, never called or anything! Don’t know about the food here, but if ur trying to plan an event here, try some place else!

Went today after stumbling across a review online over the weekend. It’s relatively close to work so I swung over on lunch break.
There were no other customers there when I got there, just the two guys running the place. Both of them were really cool guys and we made conversation the whole time.
Now down to it. I actually created a Unilocal account just to review just how good this place really is. I’ve never really been one to think about leaving reviews after the fact for really anything, but I felt I needed to after this awesome lunch.
The burger was probably the best I’ve ever had. Insanely juicy and full of flavor. I went straight back to work and bragged about how good was. The fries were awesome too, but I could do them a bit more crispy. They are freshly cut though and had plenty of flavor.
The biggest downside of this place is the location. I knew roughly where it was at before leaving work and drove right past it without seeing it. I had to pull back into Walmart and google it again just to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. It’s in the back of the Monarch Dental building, and super easy to miss even if you know what your looking for.
I sincerely hope this place picks up and people find their way over to it. I’d hate to see this place not make it simply due to a bad storefront. They’ve also got a larger menu coming out soon with all kinds of new things in store.
If you’re looking for a great burger in the DFW area, this is your place!

We went to 1010 Social at 1:30pm on Friday. There were 4 patrons eating but no employees in sight. So I went to the kitchen and poked my head in. Funny, I used to get my hair cut there. The kitchen is small, but adequate. BYOB. Both of us ordered the «Prime Time.». I think patrons should be forewarned that the burgers are 100% brisket. Not that they weren’t cooked properly, but they were so very rich that I almost felt sick. My wife showed better judgement by eating slowly and stopping after finishing only one half, which would have been plenty. Onions rings which were gargantuan, were cooked perfectly. Next time I’ll try the turkey burger.

We stumbled on this place when we went to cowboys stadium for the Sweet 16 in 2013. We liked the place so much we came back the next day and hosted a party for 30 poeple. The burgers are among the best I have ever had. The chef (cant remember his name) is a hidden jewel. The food was amazing. I hope this place makes it because it didnt seem busy and it is not apparent that its a restaurant, but give it a shot. I promise you wont be disappointed.

These burger are amazing! We had the Prime Time and the Texas Ranger! Both amazing! The chef knows what he is doing, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is lively! They also let me sample the quesadilla while I was waiting for my order! How nice is that! It was not your normal quesadilla! It had amazing flavor and was filled with chicken, cheese, corn, and a side of their special recipe, amazing, quac! You have got to give these guys a try!!! Oh, and if the building looks like it’s closed; go try the door! I thought it was closed and almost missed this diamond! Try it!!! Yum!!!

Ok! You can check out my past reviews and tell my family has a thing for a good burger. Ordered The Texas Ranger and Prime Time Burgers with fries and onion rings. Finally found the best burger place in the DFW! Look no more!
For the record, this place is better than Dutch Burgers (Across from TCU) and Chop House.

Best Burgers in DFW! Went in and ordered the turkey burger and the flavor was great! Healthy eating with a great taste!

Update!
No more «Sabrosito Latin Fridays» here! It only lasted a couple of weeks. The promoter moved on and decided to do something else. However, I still believe this place is a very nice venue for a small private party or any event.

Great place to hang out after a long day at work. Plus the burgers are delicious!!!
