This is an odd place. It’s not clear when you walk in whether you seat yourself, or wait to be seated(had to find someone to ask). I wasn’t offered anything to drink until after my order was taken. The food was just ok. Chow fun with BBQ beef didn’t seem fresh. Chinese broccoli was bland. Pork Siu Mai was bland too. I don’t think they are microwaving, because I can see a steam table in the kitchen. That said, they are basically phoning it in. Nothing amazing here… I’m going to move along.

Awesome friendly service. I’ve only eaten the lunch menus which are both extremely cheap(~$ 5 – 7) and delicious. Me and my wife both love it. Never had something we haven’t liked on it! Not so keen on egg drop soup(too gloopy) and didnt like egg roll contents. Otherwise perfect. Love this place!

Food here use to be fresh and good! But today I would have to say I would never eat dim sum at this location again! The food was microwaved instead of steamed and 2 of my things were spoiled! I would just stick to going to the old ABC and on the weekends when everything is fresh

So, I wanted Dim Sum. I’m from Houston and my experience at various Chinatown establishments are in my opinion fairly wide range. The food is not served out on carts like various dim sum restaurants, but rather you order from a photo menu and make your marks according to what your appetite calls for. The dishes are brought out by a waitress. This is a little different than seeing something piping hot and in large quantities. Saturday when I visited was amazingly not busy. I did not know how to take this because, in general, the more people in a restaurant the better, right?! The setting is in a corner of a large building which houses a large asian grocery store. You should not expect Pei Wei or P.F. Chang’s fusion architecture. This is a hole in a wall… literally. But, it’s big enough to hold more than a hundred people I would estimate. The restaurant apparently has a coffee bar, which at the time of this review, has not been opened, yet. Seemed to have been an afterthought. In any case, there is also a menu of different assorted dishes. I guess, if I asked to come again, I would not refuse considering I don’t know what other options there are in Arlington. I know of a few in Plano, and a whole bunch in Houston.

Disgusting, this place is not worth it. I ordered my dim sum to go, it took them 20 mins to get my food out, there were no other customers around. I saw the girl use the microwave to reheat my food. TWICE. I saw her do it to two of my boxes. I rather go to Kowloon or Kirin court than this place. When I tried my food it was soggy, probably from reheating it. The pork buns had no flavor what so ever. Just plain gross. Never coming back here.

Only been once so far, but it was a very good lunch experience despite the odd location – kind of inside but really adjacent to Hiep Thai Market. It has a food court vibe since it also shares space with a Vietnamese food shop that didn’t look very good but there was more than enough seating. The menu says they are open from 10am — 9pm daily which is great if you want dim sum for dinner – a rarity for joints that serve this unique style of chinese food – normally a brunch only option. It’s also because of this«all day» dim sum service that you won’t see push carts offering items directly to your table but they didn’t appear to just reheat old items either from what we could tell but then again we(mom and I) did go for lunch so we’ll see next time when we actually give dinner service a shot and report back… For lunch we shared a pot of flower tea, split the deep fried taro dumplings(highly recommend), chive dumplings, chicken feet, and steamed BBQ pork buns. Normally not a fan of chicken feet but the ones here are spiced aggressively, more so than any other place I’ve ever had them which for me was a plus but a negative for mom(who cannot handle heat of any kind anymore but still somehow managed to eat most of them lol) Total bill $ 18, about $ 3 – 4 per dish, about the avg per dim sum dish nowadays. Overheard staff speaking in Cantonese so it’s a pretty good sign you aren’t getting the Vietnamese-version of dim sum in case you were wondering about the authenticity side of this stuff. Same owners as the original ABC Dim Sum. Maxim, Kirin Court, and JS Chen are still my go to favorites for dim sum in DFW but if you’re in Arlington it’s def worth a try.

I’ve been to plenty of Dim Sum around DFW and this is one of the better ones. It’s a small location in a food court but great food!
