Don’t use this business! I contracted them February 2014 to paint the exterior of our house. The oral agreement was that work would start in June. I began contacting them in May and continued to have to contact them via phone and email from May to September to see where we were on their work schedule. I was always told by their manager, Kim D. Mercier, that they might start our project next month, or next week. I would have to check in with them again after that month or week passed, and be told again that we were pushed back another month or week. I got tired of the lack of communication in September and asked on September 16th that they refund our deposit. I’ve called multiple times, and emailed multiple times, and have gotten no response. Why no response at all?! It doesn’t make me feel good about them.
