— this place is ridiculous… I rented a tux as the Best Man in my brother’s wedding and thought I would be getting better service and better quality! They wait until two days before the wedding to tell me to come pick it up and try on, and nothing fits. What is the point of taking measurements if you don’t use them?! I voiced my frustration because the sleeves didn’t go all the way to my wrists, the pants were too baggy and the vest was two sizes too large. I was then told that was the style and could not be altered. I was previously told that the point of coming in to try it on was to see if anything else needed to be adjusted or altered; not re-ordered! This tells me nothing is actually custom, and I was just being charged a custom price for a rounded-up stock selection. I will never do business with this place for such an important event again.
