Poor service is an understatement. Nobody greeted us when we walked in, or when we placed our order at the register, or even when we left. No friendliness at all, even from the «manager». The food was all luke-​warm even after specifically asking for fresh hot fries. I even had to clean a table to sit down and eat.
Save yourself the time and hassle and either order through the drive through or don’t eat here at all.

Every time we visit this Arby’s, the service is terrible and our order is messed up. We like the food, but because of past experiences there, we hardly ever go there now. The last time we gave them another shot, the employee was new and overcharged us $ 5. Instead of just giving us $ 5 back, we were told by the manager we would have to wait 3 – 5 days for credit to show on our debit card. To me that’s just not right when it wasn’t the customers fault. Drive-​thru = always check your order before leaving window.

The curly fries are awesome. Arby melts are my favorite but you can really taste the salt. The Arby’s sauce is what makes this place. I would not eat a sandwich without the Arby’s sauce.
