Pretzels are usually fresh. Service is friendly. This is the only fast food option on the main floor unless you count Starbucks. Rarely busy this is the place to go if you want something quick and don’t have time to wait.

Delicious. Wonderful. Fresh from the oven… These are just some of the thoughts I have when I think of my recent visit to this little spot in Ballston mall. Because of my soy allergy baked goods are something I generally just have to forgo. Which is so sad, because I do so love breads and cookies and cakes and whatnot… The beautiful thing about this company is they are totally fresh and soy free! They use REALBUTTER too!!! I happened upon this spot the other day but didn’t get anything, so when I passed by yesterday I decided to stop in and treat myself. I had a particular craving for a raisin pretzel and since none were made they made one fresh for me while I watched. 3 minutes later and I had an oven fresh pretzel stuffed with raisins and dipped in cinnamon and sugar!!! SOTASTY!!! The staff was really friendly and kind too. Overall, it is worth it to me to make the trek out when I just need some tasty fresh baked goods… maybe next time I’ll get a savory one… mmmmmmm

I love Auntie Anne’s and found this one to have the best customer service. The clerks advised me the pretzel I wanted was baking and offered other flavors. Stubbon me wanted to wait for my fav and thanked them for telling me of the wait time. They offered several samples while I waited and even a free drink. When my fav was ready, it was wonderful! Freshly baked, still hot out of the oven and the memory of great customer service!!!
