The staff at this location is friendly and accommodating. However would probably never visit this location ever again. I was parked right in front of this establishment awaiting my catering order first thing this morning. I stepped out of my vehicle and walked around the shopping center until my order was ready Then advance towing was lifting my vehicle and attempting to tow it. At first I thought this could not be real and this was a thief posing as a towing company. Who would tow someone who is legally parked and vehicle does not have a lien. Boston Market headquarters needs to place this establishment in a better location. Companies at this shopping center only lease the stores. This is clearly a horrible contract that the owners of the shopping center have with advance towing. Therefore if you would like to go to Boston Market mattress discounts Papa Johns or any other establishment there and want to shop in peace don’t go there. Your car might get stolen by a towing company.

Avoid this place. Predatory towing happening in this shopping center. I parked here walked across the street to get money out of the ATM came back and had lunch. I left to find my car gone. They blame the towing company. Towing company had pictures of me walking across the street to the ATM and said sign says you can’t leave the premises. $ 135 Never again!

Great service! Friendly staff. The food was very good. I like that the food is served on 12″ plates, feels more like a home cooked meal.

They have me the smallest 3 piece dark meat meal ever!!! No thighs nothing. One piece I can’t even tell what it is… Comical

What a disappointment The meatloaf looked good in the picture but it was not appetizing in texture or taste. It was a gelatinous mass of tan meat with a little tomato sauce. Two bites and I’m over it. The corn was over cooked and a little tough. The apple pie didn’t measure up either. It had ice crystals from being left in the cooler overnight. The iced tea was refreshing a the table was clean but I can get tea at 7 – 11

I really enjoy walking into this location and being greeted immediately! The management treats everyone with respect and goes above and beyond to ensure your dining is the Best! On my visit i had fresh food and was even asked to join the e-mail club for discounts. They offered a insensitive to return on Saturday for the Buy One Get One Free meal. I love this as it gives me and other options to help other who aren’t able to afford a meal. You won’t be disappointed with the service or food at this location.

This is a good Boston Market, I have even gotten thanksgiving dinner here. They were prompt and the meal was delicious. The people that work here are very nice. Place is always busy, especially at lunch.

Since I went to family’s house for thanksgiving and didn’t cook myself there was one thing I was missing very much today. thanksgiving leftovers! So I decided to come here and get thanksgiving dinner all over again. I came in and ordered the turkey breast meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and green bean casserole after I told the man what I wanted i watched him go to the refrigerator and take out sliced turkey breast and put it on my plate! He didn’t microwave it or anything! So needless to say my turkey was ice cold but it wasn’t even good enough to fool with asking them to reheat it the best thing on my plate was the mashed potatoes and gravy. I will not be coming back here and next Thanksgiving I will make my own dinner so I can have HOT leftovers!

After today’s service, there was no way I couldn’t leave a review. We came at exactly 10:00 and they still helped us out. At first they turned us away but the manager said that he «couldn’t turn us away.» We came in and told them what we wanted. They got it quick and have us extra because he said what we ordered wasn’t enough for the both my boyfriend and I. The manager was unbelievably kind and generous. Place was clean and the workers were also kind and happily helped us even though we came in just as they closed. That’s customer service.

Always enjoy the chicken here. But what makes me write is something I experienced there a couple of months ago. The tables have no salt shakers. A little tripod sign on each table states that the shakers are elsewhere. You will have to get off your butt to get one(that’s me talking). Out of sight out of mind. I have often stated to friends that one of the best things restaurants can do for diners’ health is to remove the shakers. I have seen so many friends mindlessly shaking salt on their food. Time to get a grip on the salt. I wrote to BM to commend them for the effort. Great Idea!!!

I LOVE this boston market. We used to go to the one in Clarendon and this one is so much better I wish we had known about it sooner. The food is always excellent. I tend to get a half chicken with corn and sweet potatoes. I used to love the green beans, but they changed the recipe and I don’t think it’s as good. The other thing I love about this location is the service. Every employee I encounter here is extremely nice. They really do an outstanding job! The other thing i love about Boston Market is the Saturday BOGO deal. If you go during the week, you can go back on Saturday with your receipt and enjoy a BOGO offer. My boyfriend and I take advantage of this quite often.

I love the fact that the customer service at this location is excellent and the food is a great alternative option that is for the most part healthy. Close to the interstate so after work before I head into DC to chill with the boo I can run through here. There is never really a line here in the evenings so I have gone in and out fairly quickly.

I had never been to a Boston Market before. I had no idea what kind of food they served or anything. As far as I was concerned, I thought I was walking into another deli shop… I ran in here to grab a quick to-go lunch on my way to work. Since my fridge was bare, and I pass this place daily, I finally stopped by. It was pretty busy with hungry customers all with the same idea as mine — lunch. As I waited and scanned the menu, I finally decided that I would go with a quarter chicken with two sides. Boston Market is basically a glorified KFC with better quality stuff and higher prices. They offer whole, half, or quarter rotisserie type chicken or turkey. When it was my turn to order, the person behind the counter kept trying to convince me to get a half chicken for $ 1 more than what I had asked for. After turning him down 3 times, he got then hint. Seriously, do I need this persistence when i am in a rush? Answer is clearly no. Otherwise, the people who were working behind the counter were friendly besides the one guy trying to make a sale. For my two sides I got mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. I managed to eat half of both before tossing the rest because it just wasn’t that good. The only reason this review is getting a solid 3 is because the chicken was actually decent and carries the weight for the whole review. I don’t know if I would come back honestly. It was worth trying once, but outside of that there is so much more to visit than a chain Boston Market.

This used to be my favorite Boston Market. However, I believe the service has gone downhill. The employees don’t wear gloves anymore as they serve food. I saw what looks like blood on an employee finger and he was still serving without gloves. He eventually put one(not a pair) on as he noticed that I was starring at the bloody finger. No, I did not eat the food and notified a supervisor of the fact.

I love love love BM! Great food, they’ve never done me wrong here. Only thing I would suggest is that whenever management needs to print up a sign, to use spell check. Just last week, there was a shortage on some of the items on the menu. So when the manager printed out a sign to inform customers of the limited menu, it was spelled«Manu.» I was a little confused because possibly, maybe it’s spelled differently and I didn’t know it. Hey, I could be wrong, just let me know! LOL But all that aside, this place is great. No problems here. Friendly customer service, just be careful about the parking because it’s a small lot and you could end up with some dings on your car.

i come here quite often since the bf loves this place. im not a HUGE Boston Market fan, but i will say that their sides are always on point as is their corn bread. sweet potato mash is the best! and always go with the dark chicken — always way more moist than the white meat. their brownies and cookies and desserts are also really good.

This is the flagship of Boston Markets. My work places orders for 5 – 8 people regularly here and they always have it ready, and more importantly, right when we get there. The portions are plenty, and they are always hot. Other BM’s should check out this location to see how they get it right every time and take note.

Wound up at BM kind of by accident, and rather than dealing with more hellacious traffic, I thought«aha! cornbread…». Unlike the previous reviewer who seemed more concerned with traffic, time of day, etc than Boston Market itself(ahem!) my food was good. The line was long when I walked in, and my first thought was that I had made a mistake, but it moved quickly(yeah for efficiency!), and my biggest problem was that I couldn’t decide which two sides to choose(thumbs up on the mashed potatoes, thumbs down on the stuffing). Meatloaf didn’t look appetizing, but was really good, so I am glad I(somehow) went with it. The only disappointment, really, was the apple pie. No exciting taste… perhaps just a huge industrial pie at one time.
