Customer service was great. Staff had smiles on their faces when walking in. Gentleman helped me from behind the counter. Made my choosing of foods and what dinner I wanted easy. We will see how it tastes. First time in over 20 years. I was able to taste the food before I bought it.

While I enjoy a break from fast food, and have usually had good experiences, I can’t say the same about this location. Twice have I pulled up to order at the drive thru well before closing time and had employees neglect to take my order. They just stare at you through the window. I could understand if arriving very close to closing time but that was not the case in either scenario. Never got a chance to give them the business they lost, and I won’t be back.

All the food was good except the main part which is why I am only giving it a 2 star. My husband brought home meatloaf. It was disgusting! It didn’t have the texture or the flavor of meat. The texture was more like potted meat or spam. I am waiting a response as to what they make their meatloaf with, but I wouldn’t recommend it. And our grandmother’s WOULDNOT be proud to call that meatloaf. I will update this once I hear!

I love Boston Market because they present so many options to each person that comes into the store. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a child, and my parents would always buy a rotisserie chicken and a few family-sized sides. There’s family meals, which include several items(usually a main meat and a number of sides). But if you’re hungry and forever alone(and still looking for some home cookin’) there’s also individual meals that are available. You pretty much go inside and choose your meat(rotisserie chicken, meatloaf, turkey, or ribs) and then you get two sides to go with it. The plate that they serve you isn’t very large, but trust me, you’ll be so full. I usually get the 3 piece dark individual meal and I don’t finish. Each meal also comes with a hearty piece of cornbread! I wouldn’t be able to list all the options and combinations because it would take up an entire page. However, there are a few things to add that may not be prevalent on the menu: –Rotisserie chicken comes with more sauce options than just gravy. You can also choose from Zesty BBQ, Honey Habanero, or Sweet Thai Chili Garlic. –A soup or a salad can be chosen as one of your sides –Desserts are also available –Extra gravy is always free –Market bowls are available, which is your choice of meat covered in gravy and topped with two sides. Aside from the amazing and awesome food, the staff here is very friendly and understanding. If you feel overwhelmed by all the choices, they’re also very patient! I once went through the drive thru and the employee said that she gave me an extra piece of dark meat in my meal because she saw that the normal 3 pieces were smaller than the usual. They have your best interest in mind! I have yet to be disappointed by this location. Ways to save time or money: –Order online and choose the pick up option –Use the drive thru –Save your receipt(they have coupons for BOGO on Saturdays) –Check online for special discounts Catering is also available, so I’m surprised that more people don’t eat at Boston Market. There’s options for one person or an entire party of people. I highly recommend!

Imagine being able to eat Thanksgiving dinner any time you want. That is Boston Market. Their side dishes might not be from your Grandma’s recipe, but for a quick, cheap meal, they are outstanding. I love to come here for lunch. I do enjoy roasted chicken with sides, but for lunch I usually get a Caesar salad, a carver sandwich, or if I’m feeling really greedy I’ll get a chicken pot pie. Their chicken noodle soup is really good. My favorite side is the baked apples. And you get a pretty darn big Coke with your meal. If you’re going for a feast, you can get rotisserie chicken, potatoes, veggies, cornbread, or mac and cheese. The customer service is always great. I’ve never had to wait long in line or the drive thru. All my orders have been correct. This Boston Market has a more casual cafeteria feeling, unlike the fancier one off Forest and 75 in Dallas(see other review). The cafeteria feeling does not take away from the yummy food and service. I like the way they say, «See you soon» when they hand me my food. Yup, I’ll be back soon.
