TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. TOTALLYSCREWDUPMYORDER. I order wings with chili but substituted chili for mac and cheese. Was brought out the 10.00 mac, with my $ 15.00 wings. Had no idea it was $ 10.00 side until ticket. So I paid and tried to explain they should let me know that two entrees were ordered. To boot over heard me being talked about by the waitresses behind my back. But I heard them. So went to Manager and his first words were«WHATDOYOUWANT». THISPLACEISRACISTANDRUDE! This place is great. The only item I don’t like are the nachos. Everything else tastes great. This is probably the best place to get hot wings. It’s better than Hooters, Pluckers, and Wingstop. It’s probably one of my favorite restaurants to hang out with friends after work.

I came here one night to watch a UFC fight with my husband and some friends. The atmosphere was good, very busy. We sat at the bar and ordered food. I had the chicken tenders. Everything was great until the following morning. I had a ridiculous case of food poisoning. I could not stop throwing up and stayed in bed the entire day, missing a birthday party. While I love the environment at B Dubs, I don’t think I could ever step foot in one again without dry heaving.

Nicely remodeled, clean looking bar area, great service(at least for us). Erica(our waitress) did a great job! Drinks were always full, even if they were water, she was personable and nice. Food was as expected, Asian Zing for the win, the Caribbean jerk wings were a little off, but no big deal as it was 65 cent boneless wing night!(Thursday, just in case you didn’t know). Overall a good place for what it is, don’t expect fine dining but expect a good time and decent food. Bring a sweater or jacket they like to keep this place cold!

I hate writing bad reviews but this one was well warranted. My family came into this location to enjoy some good food and good times as usual. We were seated as usual no problem… then our waitress come out and is so brash and rude for some unknown reason.(basically a B). It’s almost like she was irritated. I brushed it off and ordered drinks. She brings them back and throws the straws on the table(not cool!). So then she starts arguing with my wife over a menu item.(who does that) At this point I was through. It took almost everything in me not just go off on her. Long story short we talk to manager & got seated at another table/another waitress. Service this time Good! whole experience just put a bad taste in my mouth. Sorry to say this but won’t be coming back to this location.

Recently Remodel!!! It looks great more room open space and better staff like Dari she is the best and so sweet and silly. They have new menus and drinks. I order a buffalo ranch crispy chicken sandwich it was juicy and tender I think it could’ve use more buffalo sauce on it only because I like hot and add pickles just me. Other then that is was made very good it had just enough everything to make me smile and get full. Wings: Tuesday = 60 cent bone-in wings Thursday = 60 cent boneless wings Check it out everybody I think you will be impressed as well.

This is a truly awful business. On New Years Eve, with a packed full restaurant, they literally locked the deadbolt on the front door. This has to be the most illegal fire code violation possible(next to exceeding capacity which they also did). It was cold inside, hard to get a drink because they were short staffed, and the bar and floor were sticky like they had mopped with dirty water. I will never go back to this place. I should have known better than to try this place again after the last time in which it was equally as terrible. This does not apply to all Buffalo Wild Wings, just this one. Avoid this location and hit up the Hooters down the street instead. The food is better at Hooters and the management is so much more professional.

The service was absolutely horrible. I’m a devout BWW customer and just moved to Texas and came here with some girlfriends. I am so absolutely disappointed I will never attend this one again. Thankfully I live in Dallas and there’s one closer to me! Ugh!

Caution: Refused service to one of our friends from the Dominican Republic. Management confirmed our friend was sober. But, still would not serve him. Arlington police even got involved. Bad situation. I would avoid.

You’ll have better luck at wingstop. It’s like they just throw the wings in the sauce & they always come out ice cold on the top part bones of the wings. This place is pricey & the service is terrible. Wingstop FTW.

I visit this BWW almost every Tuesday due to the 60 cent deal on bone-in wings. It’s also preferable to show up a few minutes before 7pm to catch the happy hour specials. During HH, the drinks are usually $ 3 – 4 on tap. Service: After coming here for a few years, I noticed that most of the service is attentive. I haven’t had good experiences with the manager(he usually runs around and does his own thing), but everyone else does a great job of keeping the place put together. So I’ve noticed, your food and drinks will come out faster when you sit on the bar side. It’s open seating and the waitresses are way more friendly. If you ever get a chance, try to find Vianey(or at least sit in her section on the far right). My boyfriend and I come here weekly and we always sit in her section because she’s our absolute favorite BBW waitress. Environment: This location has a good amount of TVs and projections that face a variety of sections. No matter where you sit in the bar(even dining area), you will have a clear view of at least 1 channel that you want to watch. There’s also a few hand held game devices for your kids when they get antsy. I personally haven’t tried them, but I think it’s similar to Chili’s($ 1 unlimited game play). Food: The food here doesn’t disappoint, but sometimes your wings will have an inconsistent amount of sauce on them. This is most common when you get a dry rub, rather than a wet rub. For me, I usually get dry rub with every kind of wing, but the inconsistency isn’t really a big deal. Some wings will just be more spicy than others. My go-to flavors are Chipotle BBQ and Desert Heat. Side of ranch and celery only. I believe BBW is the only wing place in the area that also offers you carrots with celery, but I always skip out on the carrots. I also love the fries here with cheese and bacon. Don’t get the normal cheese, ask for the queso. If you guys remember those unhealthy boxes of Chili Cheese Curly Fries at Jack in the Box from the 1990s, these queso fries with bacon taste just like that! Wash it all down with a limed $ 4 Dos Equis and we call it wing night at BBW! Can’t guarantee that you will find a good spot or a table seat on game nights. Make sure you go early if you have intentions on eating during a game. Also if the option is available, always go to the bar seating first and find Vianey!

The management is a complete waste of your time. If the manager Daniel is working I will just skip the visit and to avoid his insufferable presence. I used to work at this location and Daniel will kick me out in the conversation of the general manager and the other managers. His vendetta against me blinds him to my high tips and the fact that the other employees like me. Some of the servers are very sociable and great but the overall service is bottom-of-the-bucket. Find cheaper beers and better food elsewhere.

I’ve been here a few times. I showed up for the Rhonda Rousey UFC fight an I’m lucky I ran into family because I would either have stood the whole time or have had to just leave. But overall that expirence was great! Hot fresh great tasting wings an crispy fries! Tonight another great expirence. My girlfriend is pregnant an she had her cravings. We showed up just shy of 1am, Dylan was my server, an he did great very attentive. Hot fresh/crispy wings, crispy fries. It was delish!!! I’ll keep coming back! Don’t disappoint me Buffalo’s!!!

BDubs Tuesday tradition! After coming here nearly every Tuesday for the past couple years(Traditional Tuesday = 60 cent wings!!) I have to say that this location is one of the best I’ve been to in terms of service, consistency, and no smoking which I appreciate! Wings: –Tuesday = 60 cent bone-in wings –Thursday = 60 cent boneless wings *nuff said but in the context of consistency, very occasionally you may receive wings that lack sauce(which they will gladly respin in sauce for you), some wings may be a little pink near the bone(undercooked, and I’m sure you can ask them for a new batch), or one of the newer servers won’t come to your table for a while. Those instances have been on the rarer side for me, but it doesn’t stop me coming every week! The Blazing Challenge is fun to make your friends torture themselves for a shirt and their picture on the screen! Yay for peer pressure! Appetizers: Some appetizers are half off during happy hour(3−7pm) !! Chips N Queso = good stuff! Some drinks are even only $ 3 as well during happy hour if you’re cool with eating dinner on the early side! Service: Service is almost always really attentive and friendly, and if you’re a regular like me and my friends you know this to be true! To-go orders take about 15 minutes so for those days that you feel like calling in for some wings to bring home for a movie or something! See you Tuesday!

Asked to have French fries instead onion rings on the sampler. Waitress was rude. Asked for a manager. Then the waitress followed me out of restaurant saying I need to pay for a drink I didn’t drink cussing at me using the F word. Will never come to this restaurant again. Poor business

Reading through the reviews and I’m not sure what’s up with these people, I have been frequenting this location since it opened and I think it’s the best bdubs in the metroplex!!! Manager is great, staff is great, food is good and the tv’s are better than hooters and Buffalo Wild Wings that are both a stones throw away. Check it out for yourself and I am sure you will agree!

In a word, rude. Just because its in a prime location down the street from AT&T, doesn’t mean prime service, drinks, or food. Sure, it’s going to be slammed before, during, and after a game; patience is a virtue. However, poor and incompetent service combined with a ‘manager’ from hell, leads to testing the most patient persons’ nerves. Normally, I’m OK with BWW; it’s never a favorite, but it’s almost a given I’ll go during football season for the cheap booze and acceptable wings. However this location fails. Rather than offer to reseat our large group, the manager asked us to leave as «the area was overcrowded» and«we were blocking the waitresses.» After we’d ordered food and drinks. After we’d been there for over an hour. Now, it was a problem that had to be immediately rectified. Like others before, the manager insisted all food be paid for: received or not. It’s ridiculous. The manager obviously isn’t going for repeat business, just the suckers in town for an event.
