Location is busy… horrible traffic. Mediocre beds… bad customer service. Had a billing disputed, when I asked for help I was told to call my bank, so I did… I even had a cell picture of my cancellation and the billed me 3 more times! I eventually got my money back, but boy what a head ache. Never again.

I have a billing dispute. I have been charged late fees incorrectly. I spoke with the manager Elizabeth at the cooper location and called my bank as she suggested. My bank explained how the fees were a mistake on the part of the merchant. Elizabeth refused to resolve the problem, she yelled and laughed at me on the phone. She accepts no fault or even attempted to solve as she just kept saying there is nothing she can do and she cannot even pull up all of my information to see if it was inputted incorrectly and as the bank suggested to me that she do so. Please contact me i want to cancel and she will not allow me and i cannot resolve an issue with a manager who yells and treats customers like they are incompetent.

About 5 months ago I bought prepaid spray tans and super/​mega bed tans… I was told when I purchased them that they never expire. I honestly can say I have been pretty satisfied with my experience up until a few nights ago when I went to use one of my spray tans and the girl that works there said it would be an additional fee if I wanted to spray at a medium or dark spray… It was the owners decision the other day to do this. I mean seriously!!! I already paid for my tans… That is false advertisement and not right at all!!! I will not recommend tanning here as you don’t know what the owner is going to decide to with the prices after u already paid for a service… Very disappointed and will be finding a new tanning salon…

Terrible customer service, and high prices for the quality beds you get. Go across the street to a new mom and pop store called Tan Room. Its cheap and they aren’t to the second strict about tanning 24 hours like Cancun Tan.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable regarding the products they sell and the beds. The beds were clean and the bed selection was better than I expected for the price. The start up was totally reasonable as well as the monthly fee and lotion selection. I have gone to many other tanning salons, but none of them offered the deep dark tan that I have gotten here. I have never been this dark and I get tons of complements. I will ONLY go to Cancun tan going forward. I also have never been to a place whered I actually got to meet the owner. She was too sweet and wasnt afraid to get her hands dirty. Wow, is all I can say!

Great place to tan. Good prices, nice staff, clean, and convenient location. The personal radios are nice. Kind’ve old but nice to have. The beds seem strong too. Very convenient hours. I like how they don’t pressure you to buy their lotions. I buy my own at Walmart for $ 8. Can’t beat that.

Disappointed. Had to pay $ 15 start up fee. Had to buy my own googgles, they did not supply them, paid $ 78 dollars for lotion I can buy off amazon for half the price, only one towel in the bed. I had to sign up for month to month to get a decent monthly rate and must give 30 days notice to cancel membership. Overpriced and a big rip off. Only thing positive thing I can say is that the staff that helped me was very nice and the bed was strong.

Thoroughly impressed! Today I stopped in for the first time and signed up for a tanning membership. The associate was extremely nice and sincere with lots of knowledge about tanning and lotions. I did not feel pressured to buy their lotions at all, and their tanning membership prices are easy and decent $ 24, $ 34, or $ 45 a month. I signed up for the middle one, and I can upgrade any time. I enjoyed the bed I used, I may try their spray tanning and/​or stand up bed some time. A+ for cleanliness, too!
