Terrible service last night(12/15/2015) at about 9:00pm. Tables were filthy. Was told if we wanted to sit at a table we could clean a table ourselves otherwise we would just have to wait. We were not greeted when we first arrived. Hostess was playing on her cell phone a lot through out our visit. Menus had food on them too. Over all was a horrible experience. When I spoke to the manager she didn’t really care only said she was busy and and she complained about her shirt being dirty. I would think the manager would utilize her team a little better and have«cellphone» girl help clean some tables. Instead the manger said it was her job to clean tables that the servers clean the tables. Very disappointed in the management.

I’ll never choose to go to this location. I’ve never been a fan of the ‘kiosk’. Like we need more distractions from talking to our family/friends. Geesh. Plus, after you get your food, you never see your server again. After arriving at this location the hostess looked up at us(me with two young children) and she asked«wanna sit at the bar(not a table around the bar, but the actual bar #tacky) she reassured me that there were menus… After politely saying ‘um, no thanks you. We can sit at a table…’ She rolled her eyes like I just wrecked her day. She put us at a random table and left. 15 minutes later a random server asked if we had been helped, assuming she was going to take care of us if we hadn’t answered, calmly, ‘no we have not’ even gave a gracious smile indicating I wasn’t going to become an irate costumer. She made a «groaning» noise and huffed and puffed away. super awkward! We waited another 5 or 7 minutes and another person came up and asked us if we had been helped. Again I replied that we had not. She said she would help us but made every attempt to make it sound like she was going so completely out of her ways help us. We ordered, waited about 25 minutes and got our food. Mine was wrong– but I didn’t even bother sending it back. I tried paying with the kiosk and ended up paying cash to get out of there faster. I never saw the ‘out of her way server’ again. I gave the $$ to a random server with our ticket. #goodgrief I shared with a few friends afterwards and they said this location has the worst service.

My salad was soggy. The rice was overseasoned. The food runner snatched some trash from right next to my plate with no warning, kinda startling taking a bite when a strangers hand is jabbing in next to your meal. We ordered guacamole on the side of our white queso dip. It did not come out like that. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant. She have been the best part of the experience. The food however was horrible.

Terrible. Food was ok. The service is what caused me to do a review here. Chase our«server» was terrible. The place was almost empty but this kid forgot items, was slow to bring out forgot items, no refills. What capped it all off was after leaving a trip which he did not deserve I saw him counting it shaking his head! This guy did not know enough about doing a job that he felt stiffed at the tip I left instead of him feeling shame and embarrassment at his incompetence! My wife and I agreed that we would never return.

Food was good. Our waitress was polite and attentive. However, after I found a long, black hair in my cilantro rice I notified the waitress. She told the manager, who«refused» — the waitress’ words — to take the meal off the bill. She gave us a $ 5 discount. The waitress came back and apologized and said she didn’t agree with the manager’s decision. We will never eat there again.

Food was good, had fajitas for two. Service was above average, very attentive but not hovering. Only complaint was sides was very very small. See attached picture. One of the positives is i like the pay at the table kiosk. They have real fresh jalapeño peppers not just picked.

This location makes me feel dirty! The manager always looks as if she needs a good bath and you’d think she’d be the best groomed employee there. The service is so slow, the food is not as good as it used to be & the wait staff act as if they’re put out. There were tons of people in there and lots of kids sitting alone(with their parents at other tables) chanting and singing so loud that it scared my kids. I thought the manager should have told them to please quiet down but she never said a word. If I want to see a show I’ll goto the theater, not Chili’s. The blonde lady that was cleaning the tables rolled her eyes so many times we lost count. She would slam down the cleaning bottles and on the tables and was so unhappy to be there. if it’s that bad, get another job lady! I will never go back!

I have been a long time un-fan of Chili’s, since back when I was in college their burgers tasted like meatloaf(which I despise) and then about 15 years ago they took a pretty decent Cajun chicken pasta and made it sucky. I stopped going for many years but a few times lately we’ve had occasion to go. To be fair, the burgers are a lot better than they used to be. The guacamole burger, which came LOADED with guacamole and sliced grilled bell peppers, is actually pretty darn good for a chain. I wasn’t as thrilled with the Sweet & Smoky burger, mainly because I didn’t care for the BBQ sauce it came with. The buns they use now are freaky, they look like pretzel, the outer shell is hard like pretzel, but they aren’t pretzel. The bacon ranch chicken quesadillas and their tortilla soup are just«eh». Nothing’s really terrible food-wise, so I don’t know that giving it a 2 is fair, and honestly we’ve had quite good servers generally, but holy crap is the kitchen here slow. I think every time we’ve gone to this location we’ve had a manager come out an apologize(and today, a server brought us chips & salsa unrequested to apologize for the long wait). We’ve never actually complained — they take it upon themselves to pre-emptively apologize for the food being slow, but it’s definitely a trend and the restaurant usually isn’t very busy at all when this has happened to us. So, it’s not the best choice for a weekday lunch or any other time you’re in a hurry. I don’t know if they just understaff or what but that kitchen is sloooooow. Which is a shame, since they have some decently priced make-your-own-combo type lunch specials. Really the best time to come to Chili’s is on Sunday when all the good hole-in-the-wall burger places are closed and you still need to get out of the house and you really want a burger that isn’t fast food.

My family will eat at a Chili’s quite often, but this location needs to work on EVERYTHING which makes me very sad as this location is very close to my house. When we arrived, they didn’t have anyone up front… and we stood there for over 5 minutes before the manager finally came by and asked if we needed to be seated. After taking us to our table, the manager came back by about 8 minutes later to ask if our server took our drink order. We let her know we weren’t sure we even had a server. After the server arrived, he treated us as if we were keeping him from something more important. We couldn’t get drink refills, and if we said we needed something, he would be off to get it — and never come back with what we needed. My daughter ordered a burger and asked for it to be cooked as ‘rare’ as they would allow. When it arrived over 20 minutes later, it was so overdone, it was like a hockey puck. Our fries were under salted, and the corn was so over done, it would stick to your teeth as you would chew. All in all, this makes me very sad. Chili’s is my ‘go to’ place.

This location is the closet restaurant to my apartment. So naturally when in a hurry or not wanting to leave the house or cook I sometimes order To Go orders from here. The service with To Go orders are always hit or miss at places like this it depends I guess what time I order, or who is working. After seeing the show on TNT with Emeril called On the Menu, we decided to order from here so my Boyfriend could try the new burger. The main thing I’m always picky about is if I get a sandwich I expect or need them to have good pickles to go with it, i always ask for extra, you can bet on it. But here I ordered extra pickles and found out they changed the way they buy or make the pickles. They must do them in house on their own and I hate them. I don’t like cucumbers, and they just don’t taste good to me, wish they would have both for us to choose from but that’s not going to happen.

I always love this chili’s! I use to go to the one on cooper but this one is my new favorite. They always have the newest food items and the sweetest waiters! Their margaritas are to die for and the table side quac is my favorite appetizer ever! I’m so glad they added it to their menu. And the ziosk on the table is so fun, I didn’t know you could reorder drinks or order a dessert on there until my waiter showed me and I could even pay on it! Way to go chili’s! I definitely haven’t seen that at any restaurant in the area.

I have eaten here a few times since it’s very close to my home. Every time has been a disappointment but about a month ago I thought I would give them another chance. I was not only disappointed with the food and service, I’m pretty sure I was overcharged and I think my waiter stole my money from the restaurant. I left feeling odd. I was seated to the far left side of the building. Service was slow. I’m sure I was forgotten several times. When I was ready to go, I had to stand up and wave to the group of visiting employees to get my waiters attention. When he came over, I asked for my bill. He said, oh… Grabbed the electronic device from my table and moved it to a different table. ??? Not sure why. He came back with a bill and showed it to me. It was about $ 5.00 more than I expected. I had my money ready to pay the amount that I had expected plus tip so I had to dig up more cash. He stood there while I got my wallet out again. I handed the money to him and he stuck it in his pocket. I never received a copy of my bill. I think the reason he took away the electronic bill-pay device is because my bill wasn’t in the system. I think he showed me someone else’s bill. I called the restaurant the next day because it was bothering me. I told the manager that I suspected that he pocketed my money. The manager took my name and number but I never heard back from them. Bottom line, when you pay cash, get your receipt. I think the management should have called back to tell me what they had figured out. I’d like to know if he turned my money over or not. I gave them the exact time that I was there and told them exactly what I ordered. They should have been able to figure it out.

We were die-hard Chili’s family, it has been our fav restaurant for years. We recently moved to this area and was excited to see a Chili’s nearby. However, it is awful! It takes sooo much longer to get your food than usual, 45 minutes for a tour top. Food is dry, rubbery, not as ordered. After giving them like 3 visits(just in case we caught them on an off day), we complained to the manager once and she was very reluctant to com I anything. I always wondered why the Cheddars restaurant across the street was overflowing with people waiting outside. We finally gave up on this particular Chili’s and have become a Cheddars family.

We came in for lunch on 5÷10÷14 to celebrate a graduate. With a party of 12 they struggled to keep up. Our waitress was very nice and did her part to get everything right but the kitchen literally messed up on almost every order. It took 45 minutes to get a frozen Margarita which is crazy as its pre-made in a machine and just needed poured but they didn’t have anyone«certified» to do this. Make sure you read the fine print on the menu as they snuck in a few extra charges. The carnita and short rib was dry and pain. The Chile chicken Taco was great though! They burned the tilapia and undercooked the Margherita Flatbread pizza and I never got my cheese for the tacos which they made on floor tortillas instead of corn as I requested. To recap, avoid this place if you have a large group. The management was nice and did their part to make right what was wrong, but it would have been great to have gotten it right from the start.

My wife and I were out car shopping for here and it was time for a break to get something to eat. We stopped in to Chilis since they have such a huge variety of items on their menu. We also were not too hungry. Since it was the middle of the afternoon we were seated immediately. Our server met us at our table to take our drink order. We also knew what we wanted to order. My wife ordered the potato skins and I ordered a ½ rack of dry rubbed ribs accompanied by a side of Chili’s scalloped apples. Both of our entrees came out very quickly. My wife’s potato skins were delicious. My ribs were wonderful, fall off the bone, and very moist. For decades I’ve loved Chili’s scalloped apples. Today’s side was no exception. They were a wonderful delight gooeyness, just like they’re supposed to be. I had to keep watch very carefully since my wife kept sneaking a spoonful when I wasn’t watching. It was a typical visit to Chilis and we left very happy.

Just had a terrible experience at this Chili’s :(NOT happy. Something has changed in this chain here in DFW. Can’t tell but it seems they are microwaving chicken breasts and the kitchen is ALWAYS slow. You can’t eat quickly here anymore and half the restaurant are 2 tops in a city where the average group size is like 6+!!! It’s time to find a new neighborhood grill. If ur gonna drop a C note+, you might as well leave happy!

Tried to have the half rack of ribs. They were grey, overcooked and membrane skin was left on. Will not try to eat ribs here again. Service was slow because we went just two days before Christmas and they were packed.
