Actually is less than one star! Horrible service! We have tried 4 times now just to give this place a chance! Avoid it! Eat Canes or Zaxby or Golden Chick!!! Save yourself!

I’ve eaten here a few times. Using drive-​thru today. Service issues abound. I wanted to try the strawberry pies and I was told it would take 6 minutes to make them. Are they making these to order?
I drive up to pay for my food and they give me my order and make me wait for the pies. So, cold food and warm pies? They didn’t bother to give me my drink. or sauces so I need to wait for those.
Poor execution Churches!

Went through the drive thru tonight. Got my food drove off; half way down the road opened up the box of food took a bit of my chicken tender and it was cold and stale. No wonder this place has 1 and ½ star. I called up there, he informed me to bring back; I said NO not to night. He then informed me that I can put the food in the microwave. I told him I did not pay for microwave food! It should have been hot!

Food is what you would expect from a Church’s but the time spent waiting in the drive thru is horrible. A 10 min wait for some mac and cheese is a bit much. I tried to escape but i think the bushes would have won the battle. So thumbs up to the architect that designed the drive thru lane

Terrible terrible! Food is ok at best and the wait time for drive through has been 10+ mins multiple times! Terrible!!! If it were possible to give 0 stars that would be my vote.

I’m emotionally disturbed. I’m never eating here again.
Whenever I crave macaroni and cheese, I’ll drive thru and get a small order. It’s very tasty. HOWEVER, today when I ordered it, the spoon I received that was PACKAGED had a black hair on the back of it. Worst part was I didn’t notice until halfway through eating. I am a blonde so I KNOW it was not my hair. I don’t understand how it got inside of a packaged spoon but it was disgusting. I’m a germophobic and never eating here again.
