Hilton management did respond to my complaint in timely fashion. They were extremely apologetic and refunded my money without hesitation. I will give them another chance next time I’m at that hotel and update my review. I really despise giving a place one star; let’s hope my next visit will improve this mark!

In the Hilton, Arlington, this restaurant does a great Breakfast Buffet. However, considering the price, if you have transportation, venture out!
