Cool Cuts 4 Kids

I have heard that this was the place to take kids, hence the name. I was really scared to get my daughters hair cut because I didn’t want to ruin the natural curls. But the longer is got, the curls seem to be going away. So I decided to go to a recommend place instead of going to great clips or some other cheap Salon. BIGGEST MISTAKE! My other child had my full attention due to the fact that the cable was out, the DVD player was broken, everyone made him feel unwelcome. My daughter sat in a broken «princess» chair. Her hair is completely uneven a good 3 inches at a point. Her hair is shorter than I specified. Paw patrol seem to have her attention more than her client. I will never go back there and will never recommend this place to anyone. I am very dissatisfied.

Took my daughters in today to get haircuts. We all walked away happy! I would highly recommend and will go back for our next freshen up. I would recommend a price option for just a trim. Nineteen dollars seems a little much for a trim, especially when a wash, cut and blow dry was only twenty-​two dollars. Overall very happy.

Great environment, however they cut the hairline behind my son’s ears really high up, not good.

This is where my son received his first haircut! They have little tv stations, and fun cars they can «drive» while getting their haircut! My son absolutely loved every second of his haircut! When we were finished they offered free my first hair cut booklets, which I was so ecstatic about! Not only that, the décor is amazing and for only $ 20, I couldn’t have been happier! We will be getting all of our future haircuts hair, we were so pleased!

Took my 4 years old for his first professional hair there. He overall had a great experience. However only give 3 stars because the hair is not that great.

My wife and I stopped by here last Saturday because we were in Arlington visiting a friend and she mentioned this place. This was our son Davis’s first hair cut so I had NO IDEA how long this little adventure would take. To my surprise it went really well and quick. There were a few kids getting taken care of when we walked in. We did make an appointment earlier in the day, just to make sure we could get in, which we did. We only had to wait about 5 minutes then we headed to Meaka’s station. I am pretty sure that was her name. She was super nice and very patient with Davis. She put him in the little car seat where he could turn the wheel while she is cutting his hair. He didn’t cry at all. The only issue we had was when she was trying to shave the hairs off his neck, he kept moving around. Even with all that we were only there for a total of about 20min. They did give us a memento that had a lock of his hair that mentioned it was his first hair cut, which is free with a child’s first haircut. The cut was I think $ 17 – 18.00, but I probably would have paid more for the speedy service there. They do have a frequent cut program, which is if you purchase a certain amount of cuts, you get money off your next cut.
Overall the place was kept clean, even though some of the workers were just standing around watching me drink my Starbucks, I cant blame them for being slow. I figured they would be busy around 2pm on a Saturday but oh well. I will try and find one of these locations in Irving or Valley Ranch but we would come back to this location if we are in the area again. I would recommend to others, I just hope you catch them on a slow day like us… Good Luck with that.
