Good customer service here. Pricey but great for convenience. Not sure about the pharmacy but it’s a good place to pick up what you need quick.

I try my hardest to not give 1 star ratings, but this pharmacy definitely deserves it. I called 30 minutes prior to my arrival inquiring about getting a flu shot. Before the pharmacist hung up on me, she said they have flu shots before 9pm. Needless to say, when I got there and waited in line, she could not administer my flu shot because she was getting off work in ten minutes and the rest of the staff would get backed up if she had to stop what she was doing.

Maybe I came on the wrong day but I’ve gotten nothing but excellent service at this CVS location. I’m not a frequent shopper at this store but I will drop in on occasion to look for deals that may be sold out at my local CVS. The employees at this location are always friendly and greet me the moment I walk through the door. The check out time in line has never been unreasonably long and I have found amazing clearance deals at this store that can’t be found anywhere else. If you are on the fence about visiting this store, I encourage you to check it out for yourself.

Store is understaffed and Store Manager has no clue how to run a store. I found myself going up and down the aisle to look for someone to check me out. I purchased diapers a few weeks ago, being a new mommy I didn’t realize what size diapers I needed more of. Called to ask in advance if I could bring back the diapers to exchange for smaller size since I couldn’t find my receipt. Store Manager agreed, brought the diapers to the store and he said oh there’s 5 packs? I can only exchange 1 without a receipt, there’s a lot of people who take advantage of store promos and try to make profit off of purchases they never paid for. I was in disbelief as I felt he was accusing me of being one of those people. After all I wasn’t asking for a refund just an exchange for the exact diapers 1 size down. Needless to say I won’t be shopping here ever again.

Immature customer service and dismally understaffed. What was supposed to take 30 min ended up being over an hour. After spending 20 min making cards to print, then waiting in line for«cashier of the year», she tells me nothing«prints in seconds» and that I need to redo it and select«prints in minutes.» Why not put up a sign, I’m wondering, but whatever, I need the cards so spend another 15 min making and waiting on them. Another girl – we’ll call her Long Lunch – finally shows up and cashier of the year complains about all the problems she’s had to deal with including«a bunch of retards.» Long Lunch sees my increasingly fussy baby and finds BOTH the first and second set of prints that were«way in the back of the machine, that’s why the other girl couldn’t find them.» So if there was any retardation in the store, it was happening behind the counter. I’d still give it one star, even if zero was an option bc Long Lunch gave me both sets for the price of one for my wasted time.

Sometimes has better deal than Walgreeens. The plus is they actually send me useful coupons.

Let’s face it. No one goes to the pharmacy because they want to. You’ve run out of something you need, or you’re getting medicine, which is never fun. But these obvious negatives aside, if such a store can be convenient, have good prices and good service, they make that chore a little easier to swallow. This store does just that. And the pharmacy staff is composed of some very caring individuals who were very kind to my mother in her last years. That’s not something I’ll soon forget. Thanks, CVS!
