Normally, I wouldn’t look to eat a kolache at a donut shop, but I figured they had a chicken, cheese, and egg little guy… I enjoy chicken, cheese, and egg, especially when the aforementioned ingredients are tossed into a blanket of soft, buttery dough i.e. kolache. The apple fritter was not the best around; I assume that they went a little overboard with the sugary goodness. The syrup was dripping off of my fritta’, so much so as to turn my fritter into a floppy. I would say that this joint could use some tweaking in terms of donut production, but the wide array of fried dough varieties in odd shapes and the savory goods are certainly beneficial at setting this specific outlet of the American staple apart. Drop in if you want a heavy-hitting variety of morning baked and fried goods to choose from. As always, low pricing, good service, and convenience to the max. Oh, and extremely poor nutrition, obviously.
