Dry Clean Super Center

First time to try this place — i took 1 uniform shirt in to ha e dry clean and minor alteration. I requested both short sleeves be taken up 1 inch. My order was accepted and paid for at a rather reasonable price. Next day, I receive a phone call from the alteration lady asking for clarification on what I needed. (Again I stated 1 inch raise on the sleeves).
I pick the item up now 3 days later and upon initial inspection it doesn’t look as if my alteration was done. The Mgr comes out and shows me the Tag and says, if the tag is torn then it means the alterations are complete. I show the Mgr a piece of fabric that is still there from the original 1^st inch and he gives me a story of how the lady has been doing alterations for 20 plus years. I can’t try on my uniform shirt since this location does not have a fitting room and I am in full uniform. I go home, try it on and take a closer look and see loose or missed stitching and realized the width of the sleeve has been taken in and not the length. Instead of going back again and arguing over $ 8 …this is my chosen route since I received dispute since the tag was torn «indicating the alteration was done»!
If I could give less than 1 star I would… so, I took the shirt to a tailor who laughed at the shoddy work and loose stitch and said be back tomorrow, it will be done correctly!

I have used this place frequently. Excellent customer service, fair prices, and consistently good results every time.

Convenient drive-​thru service. Prices are very competitive. In by 9 am out after 5 pm (same day service). They are the best of the laundry service for pressing shirts I have found in the area. Friendly service (not always the swiftest tho).
