HORRIBLEEMPLOYEES !!! While they have nice stuff at decent prices. Some of the people who work there are the rudest, most uncivil creatures you will ever deal with. It is like a mexican run gang, if you are one of their mexican buddies they will laugh and joke, and on top of it they will discount things and sell you at the price they want. However if you are not, then they will be rude, and go as far as jacking the price up. I understand some spanish but can’t speak it fluently. These women are rude, nasty, racist and say horrible things about customers in Spanish as if the ones around are too stupid to understand!!! They even say nasty things about their managers(The African American manager) — the moment she walked away. There are no fitting rooms, no returns. But I can deal with all that. The creatures who work there are the deal breaker for me, my family and many of my neighbors and friends. I am surprised that the corporate doesn’t see the state this store is in or send undercover shoppers to see the attitude of their employees. Send a white young woman or a black older lady and see the attitude I would rather pay a little more at ½ of ½ or DDs or simply go to a different branch even if I have to drive a bit more and feel respected than to be there with these mosnters and get subjected to their disrespect and mediocrity. This place make Walmart supercenters and flee markets feel like 5 stars in customer service. Save yourself the agony and go to the branch in Fort Worth! TIMETOCLEANHOUSE. GETRIDOFTHESELOSEREMPLOYEES!

I’ve been going here for discount clothing since 2007 and I am glad the doors are still open. Granted, it is not as organized as it used to be, but it’s nothing that better management, more employees a little TLC can’t fix. The last time I was here was back in August when I went with my sister to spend some of my b-day money. It had been years since my feet last graced Fallas and I was nostalgic with memories of going here with my parents and brother for clothes for my dance class and skirts. While I was happy to be back – yipes – it was bumper to bumper with only two people at the register! Some days it can be REALLY crowded so watch out! Fallas is basically a retail outlet store that gets its products from other stores that failed to sell their items. With that being said, Fallas has the most UNIQUE clothing you cannot find anywhere else. And you better believe that, too. I once bought a maxi skirt and later looked up the brand from the tag online and it was originally from a small(and expensive) clothing joint in California! There are many treasures to be found if you look hard enough. Don’t come if you don’t want to take your time and look around. I could spend hours here. Ladies, there are tons of cute and wildly patterned skirts and dresses here. They also sell cute bags and jewelry too! Everything comes from different stores, so some things are going to be of different quality. Really look at stuff and feel the fabric to make sure it is well-sewn, put together, etc. so you won’t have to worry about rips or tears. All in all, I love Fallas and I hope to see this store open for years to come. I think this store could be a lot better if more people worked there so there are no long lines, more cleaning done, organization, etc. but do come here for a visit. You may find something you really like!

No Stars for this dump! Let’s start off with no air conditioning and no fitting rooms(in a clothes store) with no organization at all! Rude employees and there were only 2. I’m not even going to go on… this place is horrible !

This is a great discount store! It is well organized. I found a lot of clothes for myself, husband and kids that I needed. I really wish this store was in Denver! They are in 5 states — California, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico & Nevada.
