The last 4 times I have gone to this location my order has been wrong. There is nothing more aggravating then getting home and your order being wrong. On this time I get home and ol instead of brown gravy I have white gravy and no extra roll. The staff is always friendly but dang can they get the order right – especially when they repeat the order back to you.

After waiting literally 20 minutes in the drive thru, they look at me like I did something wrong. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? anyone could replicate grandys food if they went to the freezer section of their local grocer and pop it in the deep fryer (time to invest in a deep fryer)

I’m only giving this location one star because that is the lowest rating I can give. Over the years the service and quality of food has gone down. Tonight I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru and was then asked to park on the side because our food needed another minute. Five minutes later someone finally brought out my order only to come home and find out it was not fresh. Probably won’t be going back. It’s just not worth the time or money.

Come here quite often and normally satisfied. Guess I got the rude crew this morning. I was in the mood for breakfast. So after hearing my order, the blonde lady behind the counter made it very clear the she was tired of serving breakfast and was ready for lunch… Wow…

I just went to this Grandy’s and ordered the new North Alantic Cod 2-piece, and I was excited to try this meal. I made it home and opened the box and pulled the first fillet up and the second piece was completely broken into pieces. This was not what I expected for a new meal, and I was disappointed. I did call back and was told by the manager «oh that happened when he picked it up to put it in the container». I don’t understand why you would serve that meal to anyone looking the way it did. Also, my rolls were burnt black. I will not be going back to this restaurant, and can not recommend. Choose somewhere else if you enjoy your meals!!!
