Please. Don’t go to these people. If you value your skin or body parts! I had my nose pierced back in October. I went to change from a stud to a ring in January. After getting it changed out by the female who allows her child to work there, I started to get a keloid. Now my nose is fckn hideous. She was very rough and irritated because I wanted the ring in the correct way. Should’ve never trusted her.

Came in March 2015 with a friend. I got a tattoo on my ribs and my mid cartilage pierced and she got a tattoo on her shoulder. Our tattoos healed nicely and there was no wait when we walked in. I should have been suspicious about the piercing considering the friend I went with had gotten her nose and tragus pierced her and they both got infected. Being hard headed I decided it was something she had done like improper aftercare, but it wasn’t. I took great care of it doing exactly what the piercer said, but it was pierced at a strange angle. For a piercing I definitely recommend The Crypt, which is just a little ways down on Cooper. It’s more expensive, but I’ve never had a bad experience there. I am happy though with my tattoo for here! The ink took nicely and since it’s such a small tattoo, I’m impressed with the line work.

I went in to get my second earlobe piercing fixed from a mistake another piercer made with the piercing gun. Connie was great and fixed it perfectly! Will be back for my 3rd earlobe piercings soon!

They messed up my rook piercing. You can see the metal through my cartilage. It isn’t deep like it should’ve been. They also messed up my friends tragus piercing and had to repierce it 3 times. When I went back to show them how bad it was, they were rude and did not offer my money back

Cleanest shop around. I’ve been in hospitals and surgery centers that weren’t as clean and bright as this place. The lady there named Connie is an Expert at Piercings and Dermal’s. My daughter had six dermal’s done at one time. The alignment is perfect, and they look great.
You couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else. If someone is going to put a hole in me or my family, I want an Expert in an area clean enough to do surgery in, and Hellbent is that place.

I got my first tattoo here about a month ago. When I walked in, I was helped right away and it didn’t take long to pay or have the guy print off the design I wanted. He took his time on the tattoo and it turned out great! It healed quickly and I’m in love with it! The only thing was that the guy didn’t really go into great details on how to take care of it or give me a piece of paper with instructions. All was well though since I had family members who had tattoos to help and the internet. I will definitely come back again whenever I want another tattoo.

I have driven to this shop multiple times just to purchase body jewelry — but I have never left with any jewelry. The last time I went, I decided never to give them another chance at my business. I have *never* even been so much as greeted, let alone asked if there was something I needed. I am usually headed to or from work when I am in need of a replacement labret stud, and so don’t have an hour to wait. The last time I was in there five minutes before I realized I was never going to get service, so I grabbed a business card and went outside to call them. Someone answered instantly. I asked him if he liked money. He said that only two people work there and they just don’t have time to help customers. Who doesn’t have time for money? I smell a bankruptcy attorney in someone’s (near) future.

I went here hoping to get a tattoo since it was closer to home but after going in I didn’t mind driving somewhere else at all. I looked at the pictures of the tattoos they have done and they didn’t look great. Not to mention they are wayyyy over priced compared to the previous shops I went. Save the gas and the time and skip this place. Especially with something so permanent!
