Kazaams Kutz for all Ages

I really have to write this review after what Lita did for my 7 year old daughter. Last Saturday my daughter had gotten her hair tangled into one huge clump of knots (About the size of my fist) from not brushing her hair correctly. She has very long hair, all the way down to her butt. The clump was so big and thick that I could not even fit my finger through it. I was so scared we’d have to cut a huge chunk of her hair out. It was 2 inches from the root and right in the back of her head, so there was no hiding the bald spot that would surely be there once we cut it. In a last desperate attempt, I called Lita to see if there was anything we could do. She said in all her years of cutting hair, she has never had to cut it due to a knot. Even though she doesn’t work Sundays, she said she would meet me at the salon to work on my daughter’s hair. Keep in mind I had called her at 9:45pm the night before!!! The next morning we met Lita bright and early at her salon. She was amazed at how knotted my daughter’s hair was. She said it looked like a huge dread lock. She had my daughter sit at one of the hair washing stations and worked conditioner and other oils for over an hour continuously while slowly getting small strands untangled. My arm ached just looking at how much work she had to put in (I’m sure her arms ached afterwards!). An hour and a half later Lita finally managed to get the entire, fist sized clump out of my daughter’s hair. I was so scared we’d have to cut it but Lita worked a miracle! I’m sure a lot of stylists would have just taken the easy way out and told us to cut the clump out. My kids have been going to Lita their entire lives. They have never cried at all. She is very patient and works well with kids, no matter how much they move. I’ve always been a fan of hers but I am truly a customer for life after this deed! I recommend her to everyone!!! Love the stylists here! There are only two working there so during peak times there can be a little bit of a wait but they take their time and do a great job. The kids have the option of playing video games or watching TV while they are getting the cut which makes our kids really happy (they usually go with video games). Everyone is really friendly and they are wonderful with the kids.
