McDonald’s

It’s McDonald’s so you know what you’re getting.
Met some family members here and let the kids play while we visited. Clean and fine establishment. They messed up my coffee drink (there was no coffee in it, just sugar and cream), but a semi-​apologetic worker made me a new one.

I take my son to get a couple of dipped cones every night after wrestling practice.
They seem to have difficulty with out simple order.
I’m not to impressed with their staff.

Worst ever. There is always this old cranky manager there. My boyfriend and I always go on payday to get a coffee. This time I wanted a sausage mcmuffin sounded good, of course I thought of that after we ordered in the drive thru. When we got to pay, he asked if it was any trouble to add a sausage Mcmuffin to our order and the guys said no problem. When we got to the next window the girl at the window said just a few seconds for the sandwich. My boyfriend said, we can pull up ahead and wait, she said no it’s okay, with a smile. But thennnnnn, we can hear the old cranky lady, behind the window saying, «why didn’t you have then pull forward, we have all these orders ready for people behind them!!» she was just ranting on, and we only had to wait for hmmm 45 seconds. It was just so disrespectful. We had no problem moving up and waiting. Everything and everyone else is great. But that lady always has attitude when we are there.

Okay, so I went in, they were friendly, I ordered, food came out, and it was okay.
I mean it wasn’t as good as what I had before from other restaurants, but it was edible. I ordered breakfast, breakfast burritos (which were a tad under filled, and overheated… a Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle. which was okay, and a parfait. which was okay…
so it was okay…

This place is poorly operated and managed! I only came in because the kiddo wanted a Happy Meal. I gave over a $ 50 and was short changed $ 40! It took a few minutes before I realized their mistake and approached the counter to ask for the correct change back. The manager on duty came out and argued with me that my receipt showed I had paid with a $ 20. I explained that the cashier had obviously entered the incorrect bill, and suggested they check their camera. The manager refused to check the camera and threw a $ 20 bill at me! I gave it back and asked her to politely hand it over to me. I’ll never go into that McDonalds again! The franchise owners need to have their management staff trained in customer service!

Not bad! Play area was a little gross.

I couldn find one good thing to say. Sorry went thru the drive up window over the weekend. Fries were cold. And 2 doubles were cold. And the double fish was was to sloppy. And it was a long wait
