Fabulous town home living. If you want the most quality living space for an affordable price mustang creek can’t be beat. Not for everyone: If you are willing to live in a shoebox with paper thin walls but community pool parties, tanning beds, and cosmetic upgrades like stainless appliances are important to you, stop reading and look elsewhere. This is truly the closest you will get to home ownership without the hoa fees. Each town home has its own yard and even its own street address. The outside is not impressive but part of this is that they allow residents to decorate and use the yards as they wish. You might have to return several times to view a unit as there is no high pressure sales staff and if the one agent is not in the office you’ll wait. Once you live here though no one bothers you and all maintenance issues are addressed at lightning speed. They are extremely well built, I have lived here 7 months and have not heard a peep of outside or neighbor noise. I am so glad I didn’t fall for the bells and whistles/marketing tactics of other properties in this price range. Instead of a tiny apartment in a trendy complex; I now have my own spacious custom home with my own yard located across the street from an amazing park with jogging and bike trails!

This is probably the only set of Townhouses in Arlington that are as spacious as house– but cheaper than one of the new apartment complexes. Its close enough to I-20 to be very convenient, but far enough away from the Highlands to not be a traffic trap. The floor plans are very open and spacious(its a pretty old complex and they don’t make them like this anymore!) Plus it’s literally right across the street from Vandergriff Park. They are also one of the only places I know that doesn’t have a weight limit for dogs. I’ve lived here over 5 years now and there has been alot of turnover in both management and office staff. Both units I’ve lived in have been center units(they are in buildings of about 6) and I’ve always had issues with the walls being thin. However I have dog ears and am a very light sleeper. Its doesn’t help that the duplexes that back up to the north side of the complex have a bunch of barky outdoor dogs and party animals. I didn’t have that issue when my unit faced Matlock so just steer clear of that side. **DONOT count on having hardwood/laminate like in the pictures the buisness added– they started to do upgrades then stopped so only a handful of units have them. You will most likey have carpet in the living and dining areas!
