Solid location, good food, love the commitment to clean salads, and calorie count on menu board. Only thing knocking a star off here is service is always kinda hairy. Can be slow, or non existent… But never rude… So still 4 stars here.

I ordered a toasted bagel and it came out not as done as I like it. Fine, no problem here. I asked that it be re-toasted. So they barely re-toasted it along with an excuse that it would burn eventhough it still had only a very small amount of browning. I took it but it was still barely toasted so I just threw it in the garbage went home and toasted a bagel like I’ve done many times without ever burning it. The 1 star may sound a little harsh but looking back it was a ludicrous excuse that I don’t even believe. They just didn’t want to toast it anymore because it’s a little more work.

I normally go to this location and they are very good. Today the service was less than desireable. The cashier(Keisha) acted as if she wanted to be anywhere but Panera. She did not say one word to me and I was the only customer in line. Did not make eye contact until I asked her a question. I gave her my order and to my surprise when I received my order it was wrong, I reviewed my ticket and sure enough(Keisha) did not take my order properly and left off my request. The manager was very polite and apologetic and quickly had my order corrected. Panera you may consider sending Keisha home to get a good night sleep and try tomorrow.

This is one of the best Panera restaurants I’ve been to! The staff are so friendly & the baker Marcy adds such TLC to all she bakes!!! They have an extensive lunch menu with the cool & affordable option of Pick 2 which is a combo of a sandwich with choice of soup or salad or a salad w/soup etc. One MAJOR benefit to me is their free refills on select coffees which you can NEVER get at Starbucks! The place is always clean w/wide open space & lots of window view dining areas! I love it!

I got ½ tomato soup with ½ mediterranean veggie sandwich. The bread was not fresh! I had to rip it off to break it. expensive for the portion they offer. Taste is appealing.

We stopped here for breakfast before a day at Six Flags. Upon arrival, the people working the counter were 2 — one actually taking people’s orders, the other just kinda hanging out. People were encouraged to use their kiosks to order, it suggests a faster turn around but majority of them didn’t work and the items that you could clearly see on the shelves were marked unavailable. Boo! We finally ordered with the lady at the counter only to find out that majority of the food was out of stock — and it was only 8am. Not a good way to start the day for customers who hadn’t even visited yet. Once we made our order(bagel, parfait, breakfast sandwich, coffee) we sat down at a table near the pickup counter. We waited… and waited… and finally my husband asked if I our order was the one sitting on the counter. It indeed was and our little alarm hadn’t gone off! Luckily his sandwich was still hot but there were no apologies given for their error. The food was good and filling like Panera’s usually are. Just a bit bummed that we had a lot of mishaps to get to it.

Panera is primarily a great place to camp. Don’t come here when you want the very most attentive service — come here when you want to be left alone. This is a place to come apply for 20 jobs in a day. Or binge-write that paper that’s due tomorrow. Or get to know your long-lost uncle. Or watch an entire season of House of Cards while escaping your house being treating for a bug infestation or your visiting mother-in-law. The food is good, the seats are comfy, the outlets are plentiful, and not a soul will ever ask you to leave. I once spent nine hours here in a single day camped out in a booth and using their WiFi while I completed an entire defensive driving course. Every few hours I would order another coffee or bagel and they didn’t bat an eyelash. No one bugged me, they just cleared my dishes and let me slowly become more miserable under the influence of the DMV. It’s also a great destination for working when I don’t want to be in the office or on weekends when I need to put in a few hours but don’t want to stay at home. The menu is entirely satisfactory for a chain, and the prices are reasonable. I typically go for the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and a bowl of black bean soup, but there are a number of veggie options, all of which are tasty and well-executed. Sandwiches and combos almost always come with a piece of baguette bread, although you can sub it out for chips if you feel like it. The new menus are kind of confusing, but if you have questions the staff are quite helpful. Management is also great — my brother and I came here for breakfast one time, and the manager herself came out to apologize when they ran out of oatmeal and offered him a free smoothie instead. Their desserts tend to be a little overly sweet for my taste, but the other baked goods are great, and everyone else raves, so it’s probably just me being weird. Also, the new«skip the line» tablet ordering kiosks are a cute idea, but it seems like they’re hardly ever used. That might be partly because there’s hardly ever a line to skip. This place does great business, but it’s hardly ever packed outright, which makes it a great place for both conversation and contemplation.

Food alone, is awesome. I always try something different, and I’m very rarely disappointed. The caramel frap is awesome. The lemonade is great. The black bean soup is good. The salads are fresh and taste great. The bread and pastries are just sooo yummy! I come here to study for school on my laptop. The employees are the only problem. Rude, often don’t clean tables, loud and obnoxious at times. I’ve come in to sit at a table and literally every table is dirty and the employees are just standing around the window where they run food. It wasn’t even busy at all at the moment! There was no food to run, so they were just chatting with the food preps. I had to clean my own table! Take trash and plates away, wipe the table off, and then I was able to sit down Food-great Service-awful

I’m a fan of this place because of their use of antibiotic-free meats, fresh ingredients and house-made items like fresh squeezed lemonade. They also leverage technology to the benefit of the establishment as well as the consumer. I love using their app or tablet(they provide) to order your food. The food always tastes great, full of flavor.

I came here the other day during my lunch break, in the mood for some soup and a sandwich. I was disappointed to find that they are currently not serving their French Onion soup, whether that is indefinitely or just seasonal… I don’t know. Hopefully it’s just temporarily because that was one of the main reasons why I even went to Panera in the first place. Instead I tried one of their Paninis and Mac and Cheese bowl, also I got the M&M Cookie. The Panini was DELICIOUS. I customized it and added some oven roasted chicken and some onions. The Mac & Cheese was eh… I think Kraft Mac & Cheese or Velveeta Cheese cooked from the boxed would’ve tasted better. It just was bland. Then I was very disappointed with the M&M Cookie, I’ve had it before and it is my absolute favorite cookie from any restaurant that I know of. However this cookie either… it was old or just tasted like eggs. It wasn’t that sweet and it just didn’t taste good at all. I couldn’t even finish the whole thing. Overall EH experience. Please bring the French Onion Soup back!!!

This location is close to my house and the manager remembered me from four days ago. It was really awesome and the girl that is on the front register, Destiny, was super sweet four days ago and today! So toast to this location for being really good! !!!

I waited in line to place my order for 20 minutes because there was one person on the register who obviously was in no rush to speed up to help the line that went almost to the door. The tables were all dirty and the food was subpar. I would not recommend this place. It’s far too expensive for what it is and the place was not clean.

Panera is a great place to go if you’re wanting a sandwich, salad, or soup for lunch. Those are the main things on the menu, plus their bakery items. They have numerous options of sandwich, salads, and soups so I’m sure you’ll find something you like. It’s a great go to for something last minute as well because they make it SOEASY for you. Their tasty options, quick service and prompt delivery(literally and figurately) are why I gave them a 4 star rating. You can do «Rapid Pick Up» by ordering on line and can have it ready within 10 minutes. This is a great feature if you want to make the order(and pay online) right before heading out of the door. You can still utilize«Rapid Pick Up» if you don’t have such a short window. They allow you to denote what day and time you want to set it to. They also have a fast ordering kiosk option. Although this location isn’t the busiest at lunch IFYOUGOBEFORE12pm, and I have seen the cashiers just waiting to take orders. If an establishment is slow then it’s all the same in regards to ordering with the cashier vs. fast kiosk option. The parking lot is SMALL so if you can’t find a spot, you’ll be left parking in the Taco Bueno lot next door. I have liked everything I have ever ordered(with some customizations), except for one(1) thing. Their«Lentil Quinoa Bowl with Cage-Free Egg» is NOTGOOD. They use the miso soup base for all of their broth bowls and it was NOTGOOD, so I can only assume the rest of it won’t be good. So for those who don’t like healthy items, it was not good because of the broth, not the healthy ingredients. Frankly, you could not taste anything but the way too vinegary broth. BLEH! Well start with their DRINKS. I found their coffee to not be anything too amazing, but it’s always fresh and available(even during lunch time). Their«Frozen Caramel Coffee Blend» is SOOOAMAZING. Much better than those Frappucinos at Starbucks. Their«Iced Green Tea»(with papaya and passion fruit) is also VERYGOODINFLAVOR. But one thing I don’t understand about the drink is that it kind of leaves a waxy feeling on your tongue, as if your tongue just got coated with something. I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients so I’m not sure what causes it. But I’ll still get it haha. Their«Mango Iced Tea» is not mango-y at all. If I had not filled my cup myself, I would not know why it was denoted as mango. All of their teas are made unsweeted, so you are left sweetening it yourself with sugar or their no calorie sweetener packets. They have a «Hibiscus Iced Tea» as well that is light in flavor despite it’s pretty coloring. I don’t necessarily consider this a bad thing though. Soup, Salads, and Sandwiches. I’ll make this easy and list exactly what I order and like. 1. Broccoli Cheddar Soup(can’t go wrong, can get it in a bread bowl) 2. Garden Vegetable(2nd to the Broccoli Cheddar soup) 3. Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich(savor & sweet, but I have not ordered this since I heard that the chicken used is left over chicken) 4. Tomato Mozzarella Flat Bread(much greasier than expected but tasty) 5. Rolls and breads with entrees are good with butter(fluffy) 6. Chicken Cesar Salad(classic) 7. Greek Salad(I leave the raw onions & olives off, don’t like raw onions nor olives) 8. Chicken Cobb [or with Avocado](I leave the Gorgonzola off, one of my least favorite cheeses) 9. Pastry Ring(catering order, good but not practical to eat) 10. Muffins(get these instead of their scones, scones are super dry) 11. Can’t go wrong with any of their cookies Hope that was helpful!

Panera is so yummy! Usually garnering a four star rating from me, the Collins location gets their extra star for customer service! I’m an incredibly discerning consumer and the level of customer service I have received; specifically from manager, Rodney, has earned them that coveted fifth star! Whether you’re here for a sandwich, a salad, or just a delicious treat; you can’t go wrong when you choose Panera!

This is the location i am most familiar with. I like the place ok and they have better deserts than the Mansfield location. I have never had a problem here and the staff seems always willing to serve you with a smile and accommodate your every need. It gets a bit crowded here at some points in the day but if you go at the right time you should be fine. Im gonna miss this location but if I’m in the area and i want to stop in ill be getting my favorite the broccoli and cheese soup.

When I arrived, the cashier greeted me with a friendly attitude and took my order. She was very professional, and she got my order correct the first time. However, the rest of the visit was about three stars. When my server came, he could not reach my tracker from where he was serving my food. Instead of asking for the tracker, he stuck his hands out until I realized what he needed. So he just lost a star there. A stocker was filling the drink machine with ice, and when I needed to dump out ice, he did not move for me. I had to reach over his cart just to dump the ice. That is another star knocked out. I only liked this Panera Bread because of the nice cashier and great tasting food. It was not the cleanest Panera Bread either. When I filled out my customer service survey, they did not receive an excellent rating from me. I did compliment the cashier, however, for her excellent customer service and friendly attitude. I would not recommend this Panera Bread to anyone in Dallas, unless you are not picky about the way you are treated and/or do not care about proper sanitation. I will only return to this Panera Bread again because of the cashier, but if there is one more problem here, I am out the door.

If you haven’t been to a Panera Bread, you are outta your mind and your missing out. They have such good things soups, sandwiches, salads, Panini’s. They also have a bakery counter, where you can buy loafs of breads, bagels, muffins, cookies etc. I’ve been going to Panera for as long as they’ve been open have been to this location a handful of times. I wish they had one down here in South Arlington, closer to me… HINT, HINT ;) Anything you get here I guarantee you will like, and if you don’t I’m sorry in advance.
