Pool Service Company

Mediocre at best. We bought a house with a pool that used Poolservice Company so we tried them. They came out and opened the pool, and 10 minutes after they left the filter needed backwashing. I called them to have the guy come back to do it or explain to me how to do it. He called me back and told me to just turn the filter off until he could come by. They sent him the following day and charged me for it. Should have done it while he was there… obviously the almighty buck means more to them than customer service. I will be searching for a new company

I’ve used Pool Services for over 2 years and they have always done a great job of servicing my pool. My son has a bad habit of trying to break everything in sight, yet they keep the pool up and running. They have come quickly when needed, and always send someone who knows what they’re doing. I use them to open and close my pool, plus vacation service and heater up-​keep. I recommend them.

Run, do not walk, as far away as you can when looking for a company to service your pool. This company over the years has managed to suck the joy out of our pool ownership, and has consistently provided lousy service which borders on criminal negligence. It’s been a series of headaches and disappointments and arguments. Though I like to patronize local companies, this is one exception which I learned the hard way. Their remodeling services are even worse– colossal failure. Look elsewhere for your pool servicing and renovations!

Poolservice Company is a waste of time! This company was hired to winterize and monitor our connected spa and pool this past winter. At the end of the day, they only monitored the pool and not the spa. We had staining issues and scale buildup in the spa due to their negligence. They stated that it wasn’t their responsibility because they did not monitor the chemicals after new plaster was installed and that they were only hired to close the pool and spa winterize it. They checked the pool but never the spa. They said that they could fix the problems that took place for an additional $ 750.
DO NOT USE THEM. They charge for a full 45 minutes for routine cleaning even if they do 10 minutes worth of work. I should have read the Unilocal reviews prior to hiring them. I am surprised they are still in business!
