This place is horrible. They gave us our money back because it was such a dump but then recharged us for the rooms 3 months later at Christmas time. Holes in the wall, broken AC, condom wrappers on the floor. Big pile of suck.

Carpet is so disgusting and dirty doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned for YEARS! Felt disgusting walking around barefooted, old style décor. Night clerk complete jerk, REFUSED to open the front door at 640am, screaming 30 feet away from the door, «breakfast doesn’t start till 7», even after telling him I wanted to use the computer and had to go! All along stuffing his ugly face with breakfast. Day staffers were helpful, but this mofo needs to be fired ASAP!

Reserved room for five, received bedding and towels for four. Went to the office for extra bedding, only sheets no blankets, not surprised you get what you pay for

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but that’s not a option. I used Priceline to purchase a double bed room for 3 nights. When I arrived, Karishma would not honor the purchase even when I showed her the receipt. I was forced to find another hotel in a place I did not know as a single dad with a small child &2 dogs. I will not ever go back to Quality Inn Suites and I suggest you do the same. The folks at LaQuinta Inn across the street were very nice & helpful & will get all my business in the future.

Check in went a little slow, but that’s to be expected when training. The problem came when we got back for the night. We had a suite with a fold out couch. The room had no bedding or pillows for it. My husband had to go down and ask for some. The desk clerk was extremely rude and gave him the bar minimum that would work. The toilet seat broke off, the room you can tell has been barely cleaned. When he asked to speak with a manager his response was non were on duty till noon tomorrow & he couldn’t help him. On the way back up my husband found multiple safety violations that will be reported to corporate. We do not recommend this place and will never stay here again.

«kind of got stuck with this place on one of those Priceline bids, but for $ 60 it’ll do I suppose» Honestly, I highly debated giving this place 3 stars, but couldn’t muster up the click towards the extra star. I feel if anything, it deserves a solid 2.5 for trying. I would like to start by clearing up that this is in fact a Quality Inn, brand new remodel. However, it was previously a Motel 6 and still looks like one, in a lot of ways, from the outside. Quality inn is typically always very nice and in-line with Comfort Suites and Comfort Inn. this one was not as nice as any Quality inn I’ve stayed in or driven past. To get to your room door, you have to drive around«back alleys» where mattresses are thrown out and then walk up to your door from the outside. Doesn’t feel very safe at all. The pool looks like a pool you would see at a Motel 6. The reason why this place isn’t getting one star is because they did put good effort into the interior… or tried. The flat screen was okay, but lines ran down the front. The bathroom and sink area were nicely remodeled. Although, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the door looked like someone had previously tried to break in because it wasn’t shutting properly. One thing I can say. is the air worked great, especially after a long day at Six Flags. This hotel served the purpose of a one night place to crash. The breakfast was not even up to standards of normal quality inns. Microwave bacon, rubbery eggs and no waffles… so onto a real breakfast joint. I’m disappointed in Quality Inn for even turning this location into a part of their chain and even more disappointed in Priceline for allowing this to be in the 2.5−3 star region of the bids.
