Did not have a pleasant experience. When I went to get my hair streaks, I was running out of time because I’d them for a trip I was taking out of the country. I had called the day before to see how much it was, and I was quoted $ 40 tops. I asked for the name of who would do my hair. I went the next day to my appointment, and I should’ve realized something was wrong when there were no customers. The lady who did my hair wasn’t even the same person that I was told was going to do my hair. On top of it, the new price was now $ 90 plus tax. Apparently $ 40 is the price of bleaching hair ONLY, but tell me who in the world would want half-done, bleached-and-not-colored hair? I hoped the $ 90 I was about to pay would be worth it. It wasn’t. I’d asked for bright purple highlights, and she told me that the results would be somewhat different, which i said okay to, but in the end, they weren’t noticeable ATALL. I would want someone asking for $ 90 for putting in 6 simple purple streaks in my hair to be honest enough about not giving the results to say, «I’m sorry it didn’t turn out the way it was supposed to. Here’s a refund or voucher for next time.» She didn’t say a thing, which leads me to believe that a sub-par quality is okay! For a $ 906-foil-streaks place in the mall, I would’ve expected more quality control!

I’ve long searched for someone to cut my thick, brittle and coarse hair. Cathy did a super great job. She took time to discuss my hair and type of cut to remove bulk. I am in love with my hair thanks to her!

Great place to go when you choose one of there master stylist. If your looking for a simple and sophisticated look, consult these guys. The group they have now is pretty insightful and attentive to what you want. I don’t dye my hair or anything like color, just hair cuts; so I can’t really speak for people who do have that type of service. My other friends also go here and read enjoy the quality and service. I see Bruce, not sure who my buddies have as their stylist. SOMEN, DON’T BEAFRAIDTOCHECKOUTTHISSALON. Side note: recommend having a full head of hair and a style in mind to fully experience the service.

Used to frequent this Regis Salon a few years ago. Took my daughter to the Master Color Stylist for a color with highlights. After FIVE hours, my daughter ended up with five different colors in her hair. He also cut her hair when we originally told him we only wanted the bangs cut. I told the manager we were not happy with the color and would like a discount because we did not think he would be able to fix it. She said he was the best and would not discount the color because he could fix it and to come back when he got off of work. I took my daughter back and it took an additional TWOPLUSHOURS. My daughter said he was brushing her hair really hard and her hair was coming out in WADS! Her beautiful long her was now sticky and stringy! He had cut it earlier because he knew he had already damaged it. The manager was gone, the salon was closed and my daughter still had five different colors of hair, even though he had now removed the color twice. We were so upset! And it ONLY cost $ 260 which we had to pay earlier! My daughter had a very special event she had to attend the next day and we had to put a dark rinse in her hair to cover it. The Manager did end up crediting back some of the money but never apologized. I called Corporate and they called my daughter to apologize. Which meant absolutely nothing to me at that point because I now had a teenager with very damaged THIN hair.

This place is a joke. When I told the lady that I simply wanted a wash and style, she informed me that she would wash it and use a round brush to style… I told her that round brushes and my hair do not get along! She said, well that’s what I do with all my ethnic customers. I then asked for another stylist. I guess she got mad because as I sat in the waiting area for another stylist, the first lady proceeded to talk to a stylist about me behind my back(I was actually looking at her and reading her lips!). Needless to say, I left. I will not be talked about simply because I know what will/will not work on my hair.

If you want your hair done the way you want it do no go to this place. I wanted blonde all over high lights and left with 7 caramel chunky high lights underneath. I went back after I realized they were the wrong color and my stylist said he knew they were too dark but let me leave the salon anyways, which showed me how much he cared. After forcing the manager who was very unhelpful, to give me some not all of my money back, she still had the nerve to give me attitude. Last time I checked if I paid for something I should get it the way I wanted.

After two different visits to other salons, I had my hair FIXED by Brad Overcash, at Regis. The previous cut had a big chunk missing underneath and he trimmed everything up and gave me a great swing bob. I LOVED it! I’ve had the most compliments on this hair cut, it’s unreal. I think I finally found my guy for hair. I’ll definitely be going back to him for my next trim and color.

The girl did not listen to one word I said and instead of just trimming the edges, she took about 6″ off of my length. I told her I was trying to grow my hair all one length after having bad layers, and she gave me more defined layers. I also told her that the most important thing was for me to be able to easily throw my hair up in a ponytail because I have mostly wear it up because of my young children. It is now impossible to put it up without puffy poofs of hair coming down on the side. I look like a POODLE! Worst haircut of my life and I would never go back there!

I used to go to Regis all the time, a few years ago. The person who did my hair no longer works there. I have gone back three times since she left and each time I left unhappy. The first time, the cut was fine and I got talked into some highlights and the result was not what I was told they would be. They were chunky and orange and I wanted something more subtle. The second time, a few months ago, I saw a woman named Anna. Again, the cut was OK… but just OK. She is a master stylist so the cost was higher. She put so much product in my hair and it was so gunked up when I left. I had no intentions on going back. The other day, I was in a pinch and needed a trim quickly and they had an opening. I saw Rory. This experience was awful. He was very rough with my head. I have a sore spot(probably a bruise) from him roughly shampooing my hair. It was so uncomfortable. He cut my hair much shorter than I asked for and added layering that I DIDNOTWANT or ask for. While my hair does not look that bad, it is definitely not what I asked for. It doesn’t lay right anymore and I absolutely hate the new layers. When you ask for a trim, you expect a trim. What a waste of 50 bucks. I will not be going back here. I will return to a real salon… there might be some great stylists here but I haven’t encountered one recently.
