I would eat here several times a week if I could! I’ve tried about a third of the items on the list and everything has been very good. The drunken noodles, pad thai and tom yum soup are my favorites. Good service every time. It’s a little pricey, but it’s worth the cost.

Reasonably priced and super delicious(plus a convenient location for me). I had the red curry chicken and I highly recommend it!

This is our third time here. We always come back here when we are craving Thai food. Every time we go somewhere else we are disappointed. This is by far the best Thai place and their pad Thai is fantastic nice umami flavor with just a touch of sweetness.

Very convenient location and easy metro access. This restaurant is packed during the weekday lunch time and that’s how you know their food is great. Recommend Drunken Noodle. Not all Thai restaurants serve drunken noodle but this one does. The flavor is layered with sweet, salty and spicy. With Thai basil mixed in as a final touch, this dish is my all-time favorite. Choose any type of meat or seafood to complete the taste. It won’t let you down.

We ordered take out during the week and I must say the pad Thai was impressive! I’m pretty picky when it comes to pad Thai and the chicken in my pad Thai. The chicken was not dry and all the flavors were there. I have not been to the restaurant but want to try the food in the restaurant! My boyfriend ordered cashew chicken and fried calamari(which was also delicious even for take out). He liked his cashew chicken and said the restaurant is kind of hidden. Will definitely have to come in and give it a try!

This place is hidden in the back, but definitely a Thai gem. I ordered the fried calamari and it didn’t disappoint. I also ordered the cashew chicken and pad thai, both good but the cashew chicken is better. The sauce for the cashew chicken is delicious and just a little spicy to give you the kick it needs. It definitely would taste even better if I dined in.

Ordered a couple of dishes to go. Quick service, average price, and above average taste. We got the beef ga-pow(also known as ka-pow in other places) as well as the drunken noodles with beef. Yes, both are made with the same base, but hey, we know our taste buds! The food tastes exactly as I had expected. I wouldn’t say it’s out of this world, but there isn’t much to be surprised with when it comes to the common beef ga-pow. However, I am happy that they did not mess up the dish. It’s seasoned well with just the right amount of spice. Might go with extra spicy next time. Which leads to next thing that comes in your carry out bag — a pack of four spice condiments neatly wrapped! Wow. Now that’s really bringing the restaurant experience home. It’s like having the condiment bowls right next to us, in our home dining table. We’ll have to come back to try to dine in to give a feedback on a lunch/dinner service. From the food, though, we know we won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been to this restaurant probably ever since it opened. I would say the service is definitely not what it used to be. Servers are not attentive. However the food quality appears to stay steady.

Got my to go order wrong. Simple order too. Just five items. They got one wrong. No apologies. They were also 15 minutes late online estimate. I had to point out that they over charged me. I’ll pass on ordering at this place again. Very poor customer service.

Got my fave Thai dish– Lad Na– and was pleased I stopped in here for some take out. Food was nice and hot and fresh tasting. Wasn’t a great welcoming experience, however. No ‘hello’, ‘welcome’, or ‘hi’. Definitely no smile despite my efforts to greet her courteously. Just a nice place for some pick up some good food. By my experience at pick up, I won’t consider dinning in.

I order Sawatdee delivery about once a week. My boyfriend and I love their Penang Chicken dish, although we wish it was dark meat chicken, not white. I usually order their wonton soup to go with my meal. Unlike the neon yellow wonton soups of cheap Chinese restaurants, their soup has a fresh, flavorful broth, soft meaty wontons, pieces of Chinese cabbage and is garnished with rings of green onion. For $ 7 for a small, I think its expensive but then again, they get me because I can’t stop ordering it. I’ve also tried their rama with beef and mango chicken. Both were decent but not as special as their Penang. Only complaints: Most of the time when I call in an order it takes me 5 or more redial attempts to get through. Also, my boyfriend and I love mango and sticky rice and although it is on the menu, they never have it. Otherwise, they consistently have great tasting food, friendly and timely delivery service, which makes it a quick dinner for a decent price.

Food is wonderful and the portions are good. We enjoy take-out more than the restaurant because the lighting is harsh and the ambiance is not very appealing. Cannot understand why they do not fix this If you like spicy Thai, you have many choices. We love the curry dishes.

This is a delicious place to stop for dinner either before or after a movie at the Courthouse theater. Vegetables are fresh, sauces are flavorful, and service is incredibly fast. Note that although the spicy eggplant is rated two chili peppers, it is actually very mild.

Came here 15 mins before the kitchen closed at 10:30pm on a Friday and was greeted with a warm welcome. We ordered the spring rolls to start which are arguably the best I’ve ever had — a must try. My boyfriend ordered the green curry with chicken and I ordered the pad see ewe with chicken. Both were exceptional and the portions were very generous. We didn’t order drinks and our total bill was $ 30! This is one of my favorite places to go in the courthouse area and if you like Thai, you will love this gem.

Thai food is not my forte, but I’ve had quite a bit of Thai food in my travels. Now, before I begin this review… I’m not trying to be funny(after writing this it was definitely funny). I’ve run into a lot of non-asians that explain that certain asian restaurants smell like, «they’re killing and cooking cats here and serving it as beef» … I’m pretty sure that’s not the case. But, I’d have to agree that some asian restaurants just feels, smells, tastes, a bit… «fishy»??? I guess would be the best word… even when the food is clearly not fish. :) The two types of Thai restaurants I’ve had are, what I just described above, and the clean, sweet, spicy, coconutty, goodness. This place is definitely the latter. Clean, sweet, spicy, coconutty goodness. Among the better Thai places I’ve been to. I will definitely come back when I’m in the area and craving Thai food. I ordered for a group of us and this is what was had: Appetizers: *Summer Rolls — non-fried, ground chicken veggie rolls wrapped in rice paper *Duck Roll — deep fried duck, plum sauce wrapped in roti Entrees: *Panang curry *Pad Thai combination of pork, chicken, and beef

I LOVE thai food and that’s why I was so excited to try this place! We ordered thai iced tea, kao-klook aka crispy spicy coconut rice salad(or nam khao tod in Laos) and the Kana crispy pork. The thai iced tea was OK, a bit watery for my taste. The kao-klook served here was obviously different from the Laos version, but it was still very flavorful! Although they were a bit stingy on the meat, the rice was perfectly crisp and was smothered in delicious limey juices. The crispy pork was a bit too crunchy for our taste, as if it were slightly overcooked. However, the flavors of the dish were rich and went well with the bokchoy that it was served with. Nice, relaxing ambiance, plenty of seating available, and a vast menu of traditional thai dishes. The service was OK, no one refilled our water and we had to ask for our check(the servers were sitting and chillin’ at a table nearby lol). Overall my experience was average. The flavors were good– a few minor tweaks and the dishes could be even better. If I return, I will definitely try the other dishes!
