What do you suggest to the fashionable sneakerhead who has everything? A super comfortable, canvas sneaker, that just HAPPENS to be full of understated freshness. The folks at Shiekh have every kind of sneaker/​boot I could want… all at reasonable prices.
Came in for a pair of olive green Dunks or 1s, and they were sold out. Dude at the counter suggested I try out a pair of Nike Tokis. My response? Never heard of ‘em. After seeing them on the shelf, I told dude I couldn’t even pull them off. He convinced me to try em on, said they didn’t look bad on the foot, and well… he was right!
Olive green LRG cardigan, relaxed straight Levi’s, Dexter frames, and my Tokis? Everyday fresh.
Shiekh has been my first stop for sneakers when I’m thinking outside the box since they opened… this most recent visit reminded me why.
