I wasn’t going to do this but I have to! I know a lot of you would never attend the Smart Style salon in Arlington but a lot of my fellow associates do, I was hesitant but developed a relationship with the stylist so I went ahead and trusted her with a drastic hair change! The picture on the left is how she let me leave her salon chair! The picture on the right is what I ended up with after having to go to another salon and have someone fix the hack job and horrific color. I’m very grateful that someone was able to save my hair. I don’t love it because it isn’t what I want but she got my hair looking and feeling healthy and did the best that could be done with what she had to work with! I went in to get a BLONDEOMBRÉ and a DRAMATICASYMMETRICALBOB. The stylist was shown reference photos and knew what I wanted and what I expected and assured me she could do it. She foiled my hair for an ombré? So it made the disgusting streak/highlight look that I HATE. She will blame the color on the fact that my hair was damaged, but probably fail to mention that she had been assessing my hair for over a month and gave me the go ahead to bleach it! Therefore she can’t actually blame my hair. She made the choice and the licensed decision to process my hair. Period. And that cut? What can she blame that on?! Your scissors. Your hands. Decided to use the $ 9.99 coupon for a cut. Used it on my son {8yrs} i knew better… my bad. Great compromise between what mom wanted and what my 8 yr old wanted. It was not a clean cut. I believe i would have done better with zero training. It wasnt even worth the $ 9.
