Scammed. Advertise 3.99 footlong with tots but if you order a drink then you get charged 6.29 for full combo plus asked for it large for menu price of .70cents but get charged 1.20 more and food order is incorrect. Burger was suppose to be double without onions, but, got a single with onions. Doubt anyone cares from your management. Moving on.

Let’s start with the food. Sometimes my order is messed up, but most of the time they get it right. One time I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and guess what– they gave me a grilled cheese sandwich instead. What in the world lol. Now if they put the chicken patty INSIDE the grilled cheese THAT might have been good. Sometimes the burgers I get are cold in the middle. I guess it’s from the cold wet lettuce? The mayo? I don’t really know. Other times the bun feels old and dry.
Now for the good. The ice cream here is bomb. I love their vanilla cones. Very creamy. They have a wide variety of slush and shake flavors.
I like this Sonic. Amen.

I would have given this 5 stars in the past but the service here has become horrid lately. Every order is wrong in some way, attitude from order takers who clearly could care less to be at work, etc.
The manager that was here got moved to fix the store on Cooper and it’s as if this store gave up.
