In a city with scores of restaurants which are extraordinary, this place does not belong. This place used to be good. It is no longer even remotely decent now. I took some out-of-town family here over the holidays 2015 and it was an embarrassment. The food was really terrible. The salad dressing tasted like mold. The tomato sauce also tasted off/old and was not in reasonable portion on any dish. Overpriced garbage. Go somewhere else.

The only reason this place got two stars is because the food was good. However, that was the only thing I would say was good. This place is the definition of mediocre. Our waiter never smiled. In fact, NONE of the employees smiled. I looked around and saw none of the employees laughing and talking with their tables. Must be a miserable place to work. However, I don’t know if I should feel sorry for the employees or the customers that have to endure the bad attitudes of the wait staff. If I’m going to be paying steep prices for the food I’m assuming I’m also paying for the good atmosphere of the restaurant. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Also, judging by how slow it was on a Saturday night, I’m sure it’s safe to assume that others share my opinion about this particular spaghetti warehouse.

Typical chain restaurant. The service is a little on the slow side for getting the soup or salad. Refills for tea are spaced out ok. The food is pretty good, but nothing that screams«oh my, God, you gotta try this place!» I usually go on Warehouse Wednesdays($ 5.95 for certain entrees with unlimited soup or salad) and get the Spaghetti with Spicy Meat Sauce and soup. I can get in, out, and back to work in under an hour. So, although it sometimes«feels» like the service is a little laggy, I can’t think of a time that I’ve been late getting back to work within my allotted lunch hour.

There is only one word for this place and that’s ‘horrible’! Bad food, bad service, don’t waste your money!

Me and my sister came here for lunch today right at 11am when they open. The hostess was sitting us at our table when she noticed a cockroach. yes a COCKROACH on the table crawling across the silverware. then she proceeded to sit us somewhere else like it was no big deal. I was mortified!!! my sister decided we were still staying to eat lunch. I’m so shocked that the manager didn’t offer to discount our ticket or anything. didn’t even mention it(I know the hostess had to tell someone to remove the roach). They just swept it under the rug so to speak. Beware if there is 1 there are MANY more roaches there! GROSS!

I always love Spag for their traditional pasta meals and family friendly atmosphere. No, I’m not biased because I worked for the company for years but they truly have it going on with the food.

First off I’d like to to thank Whitney for being an awesome server! Super attendant and easy going! Obviously the customer service was great, however, the food was a bit cold and and over priced. I remember a time when the pricing was appropriate for the dishes. The bread was hard and difficult to cut, but the butter though, it was awesome. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back anytime soon, but best of luck to future endeavors.

Festive atmosphere, overall clean. Raspberry tea was sweet sweet sweet, server kept bringing full glasses before I ran dry. As an appetizer, we ordered the Sicilian Platter sampler: biggest appetizer they offer, we chose fried zucchini, stuffed mushrooms, mozerella frita, and bruschetta. Their zucchini was excellent, the rest was good. Came with ranch and marinara, nice to have both served automatically. Italian wedding soup was the choice I made to accompany the main course my wife and I split. Light, clean, not oily, just right. As our main course, we ordered the lasagna platter. It comes with«their famous» 15 layer lasagna, two big meatballs, one Italian sausage, and two garlic bread slices. The meatballs were excellent, I would order those next time if they have a meatball plate(unsure). The sausage was as good of Italian sausage as I’ve had, which isn’t many. The lasagna, well, it was big and tall. My wife and I liked it. We lean toward cheesy rich lasagna. It came across as a nice basic lasagna. We couldn’t call it special or different in any way, but it was good. Extra napkins brought to the table without asking, nice touch, haven’t seen that too many times. It came out to just over $ 30 for tea, one large appetizer, and one huge entrée. Casual atmosphere with interesting décor. It is antique, tall ceilings, and had French doors here and there is with an antique train car in the middle of the place. Recommended.

First time here. I was invited for a dinner rehearsal. I liked that they had a private room for this event. Looks like the menu was selected for us. The meal was great but I was disappointed with the service. I think with holding a party this large the wait staff would be a little more attentive. I ordered a martini and the bartender personally came over to ask how the drink was. I thought that was nice. I may not come here again but it was a pleasant experience.

My husband had been wanting to go here for a while. He loves spaghetti, saw the name of the restaurant… need I say more? Anyway, our server seemed a bit nervous. I’m thinking he was new. He was really attentive though and refilled drinks, etc, in a timely manner. No complaints there. However, our food was pretty gross. I don’t know how else to put it, other than it was just not good. My husband got plain ol’ spaghetti, which you would think is pretty difficult to mess up(especially for a restaurant called SPAGHETTIWAREHOUSE, lol) but it had almost no sauce to speak of. Just a couple of random tomatoes on top. It was unappetizing even to look at. I got lasagna, which was okay, but nothing to write home about. The one saving grace was the oreo dessert. I will not go back here. I would much rather go 5 seconds further to get to Cheesecake Factory, even though it’s a tad pricier… totally worth it.

Went there because I like pasta. Food was microwaved, service was good but it does not make up for terrible culinary experience. I’ll never go back unless they change cook and let everybody know about it !

Absolutely terrible! Went here for the first time with my husband and daughter yesterday and we have both been sick and throwing up all morning. I am livid! The only good thing is so far My daughter of only 14 months old does not pass seem to have it thank god she only ate bread. All i had was a disgusting bland spaghetti with dry italian sausage, one sangria and a corner of chocolate cake. We will NEVEREVER return and if my daughter wakes up this morning throwing up i will have MANY words with management as well as the health inspectors! !

Food was good, but service was questionable. We had a server who brought us dirty play and proceed to wipe it with his hands to clean! Server also got very confused when we tried to change a drink and do a few other things. Go for the food. Be patient with the service.

I would say Olive Garden is 10x better. I absolutely loove the bread… that’s about it. Pasta is bland, doesn’t come out very warm and is always dry.

I enjoyed myself, but the service is weird. They have a ton of people walking around and it takes time to get anything. The food is mediocre, It feels like I could make it better at home. Almost store bought flavors.

If I could give this place negative million stars I would. I went there on a groupon with my boyfriend. We got the sangria which was watered down boxed wine with some cranberry juice– absolutely terrible. We ordered their pick two special. I got the lasagna and manicotti and he got lasagna and ravioli. They use the same nasty cheese for everything, it tasted like frozen powder cheese, I can’t even find the words to describe how gross it was. The lasagna was even worse. It had 12 layers of noodles one layer of nasty cheese, a layer of dog food that they call meat and a layer of tasteless tomato sauce. We barely ate any of it and as soon as I got in the car I felt sick. Needless to say as soon as I got home I spent half an hour throwing up. Couldn’t eat anything the next day either. DONOTGOTHERE!!! The groupon came with two vouchers and I wouldn’t even give it to my worst enemy. This place is awful. Save yourself the food poisoning and go somewhere else. And this review is putting it nicely.

I got the usual spaghetti and meatballs with Italian sausage and man it was not cooked well my third time coming here and it was not good. The salad has too much honey mustard! This place needs more servers only 1 for 6 tables at lunch time we was waiting forever to get dessert and the ticket

Wow! Haven’t been here in years. We were out around 8:00pm on a Friday and looking for somewhere we could get into. Everywhere was packed so when we saw their parking lot empty we were a little nervous. We shouldn’t have been. We were seated immediately. Service was fast. Food was good. We got in and out in an hour with full bellies, left overs, and at an incredibly good price. Don’t let the empty parking lot scare you off.

I have gone here often in the past whenever I get a craving for their complimentary sourdough bread. Then, I started to notice similarities between the other patrons in the room. They all, needless to say, were pretty much the same shape. Don’t act like you don’t get it! Italian food is no joke and there are practically no entrees under 400 Calories. Surprise surprise, practically everything on the menu is carb loaded and hugely portioned. Carb loaded food is fine if it at least tastes good. Well, maybe you may like watery tomato sauce on your noodles you boring sack, but anyone with a sense of taste knows it’s crap! «Italian» food is supposed to be rich and full of spices, but Spaghetti Warehouse is probably catering to the dull unadventurous fatties of the area. Have you at least ever heard of «basil»? Probably not. Don’t waste your Calorie intake here. Make your fatness worth it!

I thought the food here was great! Tried this place for the first time on Saturday for dinner. We ordered a carafe of sangria which was very flavorful. We also ordered the artichoke dip which came with 6 sticks of toasted garlic bread. It was probably one of the best artichoke dips I’ve had. We ordered the«feast for two» and it should be called feast for everyone! It had a ton of food on it and it all tasted amazing! It came complete with choice of soup/salad. The meal was very good and I would come here again!
