Been here twice already and the first time it wasn’t so bad. There were barely any customers in line and the drink itself (my Chestnut Praline Latte) tasted decent. The cashier was very nice as well.
As for the second time though, the line up was very long, and there were two cashiers and only ONE barista. It was taking a very long time to get drinks out and the quality of the one I received was not up to par with my usual orders.
I would highly recommend that they at least hire 1 – 2 more baristas so people won’t end up waiting 15 minutes + for a drink that isn’t good.
Overall I would suggest that you get your beverage at the Barnes & Nobles location within the mall.

Best service ever! Received order under 2 minutes, everything was just like I asked, th barista were great! Very nice, no mistakes, great attitude! Def a place to visit again! 5 stars for sure! 2 venti double Carmel soy frappes light ice just like I asked no whip cream and the breads and cookies were warm and yummy!

SUCKS! I’m confused on where these 4 stars came from. They are rude, don’t smile or even say Thank you. In addition, my drink was disgusting. When I asked them to make it again, it was worst. Go to Nordstrom Café or the Barnes in Noble for better service.

I’ve never been a fan of Starbucks. It’s location is convenient for taking a quick break from the mall, but noisy due to all the traffic inside.

This location is in The Parks Mall in Arlington on the lower level by the ice skating rink. It is always extremely busy here since it is in the mall and the staff does a wonderful job trying to pump out the drink orders. I always get my drink without having to wait very long. Get here early if you want some good pastries because they sell out fast. Not very much room here to plug in a computer & study. It can get very noisy from the mall traffic and the ice skating rink crowd. So don’t expect to get any work done at this location and I recommend going to Barnes & Noble to study. This location is a good place to socialize and they have tables outside in the mall.

Great location off 20 w easy access and cheery (and funny) barristas.
One of my frequent and fav stops when in Arlington, and I always appreciate the pastry selections — particularly fall choices w all the pumpkin options!

This is a typical Starbucks. I’m not saying this in a bad way, but a good way. I always get good service from the Starbucks I visit and this location was no exception. Service was «crisp» and my coffee was fixed just like I wanted it. The staff was extremely friendly and cheerful.
