Worst customer service I have ever seen. Just a bunch of jerks! I would never recommend them to anyone!

In recently purchased Toro mower, Echo blower, and Echo weed trimmer and the Father-Daughter owner team were very knowledgeable and helpful. They gassed and started everything up at purchase and helped me load it.

Okay, I believe one star reviews should be in extreme cases only. You be the judge. Had a lawnmower, generic, no name, six years old or so, ran fine. No motor problems at all. However, due to someone’s poor mowing skills, it needed a couple of back wheels, the gas cap was missing and needed the engine brake/kill cable replaced. Place said it would be $ 50 to estimate the cost, but the $ 50 would be applied to repairs. Since, logically, figured it would be a little more than that, it was left. Few days later, was told it would cost ANOTHER $ 190 plus the $ 50 to replace the parts. Folks, this was a mower that cost $ 170 six years ago. Basically, should have just left it there, but it was picked up and paid $ 50 for. Did a little checking, rear wheels were around $ 10 each, and how much more could a plastic gas cap and cable cost? C’mon, this place is going for the big scam. Couple years ago placed closed for awhile and reopened a few months later. I did some Googling, and came up with about another 10 or so reviews with 8 of them being one star, and complaints mostly the same. After the incident, someone I know had the same story, but they told him up front they would charge him more than he paid to fix a leaf blower. He was told since it was some blower he bought at Home Depot, they would charge him more to work on it. WTH? They could have easily told us the same but maybe they figured they’d just blatantly gouge customers instead now, and make $ 50, or, get used equipment in the process. My advice? Stay far away.
