I don’t know how they are with packaging but I will never rent a Penske truck from here again. We arrived at the time we were supposed to pick up our truck and they were closed. We called their number and there was no answer. We finally gave up and left and went to Arlington South Self Storage where they had a truck for us and made sure we were satisfied. So this is not a bad review of Penske but of this particular location.
Never again.
