Have lived here 2 yrs and out of those years they have promised to come fix things and convinced me to stay I decided to stay only because I thought the price was good and said lets just give them another try after all they are under new management well wrong as soon as they came in they started raising the rent and water bill it’s supposed to be between 50 – 60 for a studio when all I paid before was $ 20 they hire rude unprofessional ppl to work in the office another thing is the roach infestation I have literally bombed my apt several times but it only works for a little bit and comes again. Anyways I could continue to write EVERYTHING that is wrong but it’s to much to write just BEWARE of these apts.
