Tom’s Auto Broker

I’m not exactly sure why this auto shop is a «broker» (maybe it started with buying and selling cars?) but I took my vehicle here for some mechanical and electrical work based on a referral from one of my neighbors in Southlake. Finding a trustworthy auto repair shop is a daunting task, because in my experience, so many either don’t know how to accurately assess a car’s problem, and/​or try to rip you off (often knowingly, more often unknowingly). Tom and Hai (owners) are one of the most trustworthy mechanics I’ve ever met. This is a family run shop that really seems to embrace honesty and openness. They are VERY good mechanics, and very fast. They are most importantly very honest and very fair in their pricing. If you have any type of electrical or mechanical problems with your car, definitely take your car here for an honest and fair assessment.
