If I could give this location no stars, I would. Beware, Marriott rewards members… This hotel does not care AT ALL that you’re a loyal customer. We booked a room here three months in advance and the hotel emailed less than one week before our stay telling us they had to move us 30 minutes away causing our plans to be completely changed and a complete hassle. They gave some BS story about how a family decided to extend their stay and they could no longer keep our reservation. When in reality, there was a Cowboys/​Patriots game along with a Rangers playoff game the night of our stay… Ironic, huh? This hotel only cares about gouging customers on a heavy traffic night rather than keeping loyal customers.
There were lies about reimbursements and they stuck us in the worst hotel with nothing to do around it, it stunk and the beds were terribly squeaky. I tried logically working with their general manager and sales staff to fix this issue but they have no part in it other than a couple fake emails sent my way. I left multiple voicemails along with emails and was completely ignored. I have now taken this to Marriott corporate and they’re still not responding to corporate communication.
Stay far, far away from this hotel if you don’t want to get screwed and have your plans completely ruined.

Hotel has an awesome staff and is in a great location (literally across the street from Six Flags Hurricane Harbor). I would like to give an extra special thank you for the great customer service that was provided by both Shirley and Breanna. It was nice to see a warm, cheery, and courteous face every evening from Breanna when returning to the hotel after work. Additionally, Shirley ensured to correct anything that needed attention. Would recommend this hotel.
