I’ve been coming here for 5 years & I’m always satisfied. I get the gel nails & they last 6 weeks. I always get Jennie or Lan.

I have been coming to this nail salon for YEARS! I AM TRULY DONE AT THIS POINT. I came in Thursday and had a gel set done. By Friday they were chipping. I called to ask them if i could come back to get them redone. They said sure no problem but it would be busy. I came in on Monday, and the man who did them asked me if i could wait to get them done. I could not and i told him i would be back on Tuesday. I could not make it Tuesday, i came today (Wed) he just left i was told. Can i come back tomorrow. No i cant. The quality is not good. I looked past the termites falling from the ceiling and continued to be a loyal customer but I will not be back. Good bye Two Tone Nails.

I don’t usually post reviews but I will never come here again. The lady was rude from the beginning making it very apparent she didn’t even want to do what I was requesting. I have pink and white solar nails and just wanted them shortened and painted red (not filled because they didn’t need it). She huffed and puffed her way through doing my nails and filed them so badly and fast. I was so offended that she thought ANYONE could possibly be ok with how uneven and terrible they looked. I said can you please do them more square and she got more irritated so I asked if I could do them myself. Listen lady it is 4pm I’ve been at school all day, taken and dropped off a high schooler and a first grader. The last thing I want to do is argue with you about the shape of my nails. I did them myself and she painted and I think they look rather nice now lol. The lady is the oldest grumpiest lady there and she doesn’t care at all! Two Tone Nails you have lost a ten year customer. I’m done

Cheap price for gel attracted me, but the cheap comes out expensive. Poor customer service!!!

The salon itself is big & clean. & the staff is really friendly! I really recommend Jenny to anyone. Make sure to make an appointment because they can get pretty slammed!

I have given this place a chance on 3 occasions. The first displeasing event occurred when I experience the factory like feel of this establishment. «Get em in and get em out» attitude. I did not have a nice clean pedicure. The second occurrence was when I spend 5 hours getting a pedicure and a regular manicure. There was an initial wait, then the very talented woman who did my nails took F.O.R.E.V.E.R to do them (I think she was a perfectionist which is kind of a good and bad thing). I stopped going there for a while with both of these situations. Well today I went with a friend girl and this one takes the cake. My friends nephew whom she was holding got sick and was vomiting when the lady servicing her was in the middle of callous removal. For starters she did not stop, she did not try to quickly remove the chemical callus remover, she instead attempted to rush and get to the second foot putting callus remover chemical on that foot and propping it up for scraping. Now when I say this baby got sick, I mean he really got sick. (Think problem child chain reaction vomit ride scene). My friend had to stop the woman and request she cash her out on several occasions. However, the woman was too busy instructing her sister on how she should be cleaning the vomit from their chair that I would imagine would at this point require some serious sterilization, as some ended up in the foot basin. When she did finally cash her out she informed her her fee would be $ 18. This was above their basic pedi $ 13 and their spa pedi 16 (which begins to include a massage) despite her only receiving a nail cut down nail buffing and ONE FOOT callus removal. When my friend attempted to find out if she can at least come back for polish seeing as to how she did not complete the entire service it was a merry go round of the esthetician citing she did not have availability and was leaving soon so she could not return today. When my friend said it didn’t matter who painted her nails the shop manager explained that the issue is who would eat the cost for the painting service. They couldn’t work it out, and the shop was not at all in a customer friendly mode. My friend paid the money and during the ride home we recalled the chemical callus remover was still on one of her feet eating her skin away. As for my own services I got the feeling the woman was not to thrilled because I was only getting a pedi. She pretty much rushed until I advised my friend to drop her pedi back down to a regular spa pedi. I say all this as my LAST TIME going to their facility as my friend has been going there for over 6 years & their concern was not getting this aunt and her sick nephew out of their establishment or even the safety and satisfaction of their customer but getting their money.

GET KIM for NAIL QUALITY and EYEBROWS. She’s new here (I’ve been comin to this place for the past 4 years) and she did the most AMAZING job on my gel nails (perfect shine, shape, cleanliness). She uses her own unique products that she supplies herself (such as a scented gel nail after cleanser for added shine). And her mani techniques are very unique as well and she’s very friendly (mom type personality). Her mani hand massage was okay, however. She also did my Eyebrows and I’ve never been so satisfied before in my past 4 years here. She did the most amazing shape and cleaned them well too.
REQUEST ANGEL for really good mani or pedi massages. She has strong powerful hands and really presses in her massages if you want to relax.

They will do services on you and not tell you it’s extra! I chose my pedi in the beginning the the tech asked me if I wanted a flower on my toe, didn’t say it was 5 dollars extra which is crazy! This is the first nail place I’ve been to that charges for that. Don’t waste your time here!
