I have been to different nails shops getting my eyebrows waxed and different shops getting them threaded, not getting the results I wanted; I was always told that my eyebrows grew unevenly and that the shape I wanted couldn’t be achieved. Sarah in the brow bar was able to shape them and also recommended a product to make them appear fuller. I was so happy, I couldn’t stop smiling! YES, I will definitely be coming back!

Sadly, I was desperate for a quick color & cut. I thought I could get a decent job done for the price they charge. I was wrong! Besides them doing a HORRIBLE job on the color, the girl doing it was really sick & kept having to go to the bathroom(leaving me sitting there). The girls checking you out at the front are rude. The store is never organized or clean. This is a poorly ran store.

Booked facial. Used promo coupon. Esthetician was great, good quality products but the room was right off the salon floor, I couldn’t relax all I heard was dryers and talking. For the price(57 + tip) I would go to a real spa. It seems upper management didn’t thoroughly consider all perspectives when they came up with this concept. Spa Pangea @ Daireds is only $ 45.

Unfortunately, I’m not going to be able to continue getting hair cuts here. On my last visit, my bangs were cut crookedly. Also their payment system was down and it was my problem to figure out how to pay them. There are sooo many places to get a hair cut, the experience has to be alot better than that.

I went into this salon to see if I could get a cut and color. The stylist proceeded to argue with me about the color I wanted. I walked out. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don’t shop here! They will follow you like you’re shoplifting! I was just browsing through the drugstore make up brands, when all of a sudden some employee had to look at the same items I was looking at. Obviously she was making sure I wasn’t shoplifting, but she sure wasn’t subtle about it. Needless to say, I was uncomfortable, humiliated, and infuriated. I am and have always been a loyal Ulta customer, and I have never shoplifted in my life! I will spend my money elsewhere. Apart from that, I noticed that their shelves were disorganized and filled with opened products, and there was only one register open when there were many people in line. Honestly, go to the other Ulta store in Lincoln Square. The staff there was friendly and helpful, their shelves were neater, and there wasn’t a long wait at the register.

Terrible service. I counted 15 people in line and there were two registers open. They let a woman cut in line and then made me get store credit when I had a gift receipt from a Christmas gift. I will not be giving this location my business ever again.

I trust this salon and have never had a bad stylist. I use to cringe when I thought about going to a salon because everywhere I went, they would criticize my unhealthy hair or tell me how thin it is and I would leave feeling self conscience. But everyone at Ulta has been complementary and really knows what they’re doing.

Literally the worst salon I’ve ever been to. Jacqueline was rude and didn’t even know how to do a blowout. I went back for a complimentary service because I complained to corporate and Beatriz was horrible too. She didn’t even know what a blowout was. I had to walk out before I wasted any more time. Go to Paul Mitchell in the same shopping center instead. Half the price and 10x better. Kind of sad because at Paul Mitchell they are still learning and Ulta stylists already have licenses(even though it doesn’t seem like it at all) Stay away from Ulta Salon, you’ll leave upset and disappointed.

Made an appointment to get hair trimmed for the following day. Read reviews and had confidence that this was place to go. I have to admit the hair cut was perfect but the customer service lacked dramatically. I’m a people person and get along instantly with most everyone. The girl doing my hair was rude, acted superficial and as if my business was a nuisance to her. The other girls’ chairs were empty and they were chatting. I felt as if she rushed me through as an inconvenience so she could join them. I’m just happy(and lucky) I got a good cut.

Good selection on makeup and deals. The hair salon fried my hair to the point they couldn’t proceed to fix it! They still wanted me to pay full price and didnt offer discount to fix the hair! It took my hair over a year to get it healthy again! The front girl was unsympathetic and unprofessional! Stick to sephora!

I’m so upset. I went in yesterday for a cut and color. I only needed a trim on my bangs and the girl who cut them chopped them off way shorter than I asked. The color was awful, after bleaching my entire head the stylist went on to dye my hair what came out to two different colors. The crown ended up orange and brassy and the back ends almost green. Nowhere near the pretty golden brown/dark blonde I asked for. I went in to speak to the manager. She wanted to reschedule me with the same girl. I said no and told her I needed my hair fixed today because there is on way I could go back this week. She kept insisting on rescheduling. I asked for a refund but was only given a partial. I will never go back. I found another salon to fix the color damage but they couldn’t do much about the bangs.

I scheduled 2 appointments today for 230 one for me and one for my boyfriend. We got there at 220 and they took me for my haircut right away. I mentioned that my boyfriend was also scheduled for a haircut as well and they said no problem and his lady was finishing up a haircut and would be with him shortly. He sat there the WHOLETIME I got my hair cut while everyone pointed at him trying to find someone willing to cut his hair. The lady scheduled to cut his hair took off. They were done with my haircut(mine took about 45 mins) and so I sat with him another 15 mins while we waited for his haircut. People were being taken in front of him and finally two ladies actually STARTEDARGUINGABOUTWHOWASGONNAHAVETOCUTHISHAIR! They were all scheduled to leave at 3 and didn’t want our money I guess. When the girls started arguing right in front of us about who was going to have to cut his hair he said said forget it and left. They then apologized and offered to cut it but NEVERMIND! I have never seen such UNPROFESSIONALBEHAVIORINMYLIFE!

I have been going to Ulta hair salon for two years now. Linda colors and cuts my hair, she is fantastic, friendly, loyal, affordable, and very talented! I love that she has been there for so long and there is not a high turn over. I also have very long hair and she has never been one to try to chop it off. Linda is highly recommended! :)

I’ve been here a few times and I love this place. They accept coupons without any hassle and they are pretty helpful. I always find the right curling iron when my old gets jacked up and they seem to always have some great sale going on. I wished they carried more make up like Sephora but they carry more stuff than the average drug store. :) No complaints here.

I have always liked Ulta… this time is no different. Went there for my birthday to get new perfume!!! It took us 45 min to go thru all the scents and i finally found it. They have great prices on things Wish I had had more time to shop for other stuff!!! The salon there looks interesting… just 6 places and kind of open back by bathrooms… weird spot. Got my hair done at the old one and it was WAY too expensive so that’s why its 4 stars. i understand beauty comes with a price but i can get the same thing somewhere else for cheaper!
