The carpet in the one bedroom apartment was probably 25+ years old and the ac constantly leaked freon, causing me to have a 300 dollar electric bill in a efficiency. People kept dogs inside their bathrooms and the dogs would bark franticly at all hours, you could hear it through the floors. The parking garage also collapsed when it snowed and crushed everyone’s cars. The pool is pure grease during the summer months from too many residents. Theft is high, I had someone jump the fence to try and steal my rims, busting off my wheel locks.
